We have bought AO Smith Z9 water purifier(Serial No- B[protected] on 12/7/2021 and within a month we started seeing water leakage problem. We requested the company to exchange with a new product as we were with in warranty. But we were given temporary solution initially but this occured very frequently causing lot of trouble and inconvenience. Some time later an engnieer who came to check the issue reported us that there is a known issue with this particular model. Seeing this issue occuring so many times we requested for an exchnage and despite we reached customer service many times we never got any proper response regarding exchange but everytime we were only given temporary patch and ignorde the main problem.
Since its not working with the customer service for what we are looking for, I am reaching out here so that we can find permanent solution by exchanging this water purifier with another working model or provide us with full refund.
