This is Sunil Mishra from Ahmedabad India. I raised a complaint on 4th Nov'25 about water leakage from the supply outlet and the parting line of the top & bottom joint. I stopped the machine, reference no of complaint: 21976612 at 15.06 Hrs. I was told by Mr Jitendra, Gujarat AO Smith Head that it may take 24 Hrs to attend to my issue. Till 7th Nov'25 nobody from the local franchise contacted me. The level of water in the storage tank was going down as we were using water for drinking.
On 7th Nov'25 Mr Juned, technician came and asked me whether I had taken a video of water leakage to which I said NO. Then he said that currently there is no water leakage hence he will not check the RO system. On 8th Nov’25, I found TDS of water from Z8 RO system, 150 to which I again raised a complaint on 8th Nov'25, ref o 22009773.
In between I spoke to Mr Tejas, probably a higher authority in the Customer Escalation Team. He kept on assuring me that my problem will be attended to ASAP. He was lying, till date 11th Nov'25 no one has attended. Does AO smith give a damn to customers? They don’t care about customers once sold. My system is under AMC. I have paid for AMC, still not getting services. Now, I will start posting on Social media, AO Smith Global page. What will be the outcome, don’t know but keep on tarnishing the Global image of AO Smith. Also, will write to Mr Stefan Shafer, President & Chief Executive, that this is the state of your India Branch.
