[Resolved] AO Smith — Customer service very bad, delayed again and again | |
We had purchased X5 (UTC) with serial number B[protected] on 13.11.2018 under the name Mr. Anand Kumar Luharuka. It was purchased under the impression that it had a low maintenance and long lasting use . However with regret, we must tell you that we had to make a complaint with regards to the flow of water where it was almost nil . A water purifier being one of the most important part in day to day life, the malfunctioning caused a huge problem . We made a complaint with request number 15054387 in the month of April 2021 and after several attempts of trying to reach out to the customer care of AO Smith, the problem was looked after and it was told that we would not face any such problem in the near future . However we are again faced with the same problem and we called for AMC in October 2021 . A person named Santosh Singh(who had previously also looked come for the same thing months before) came to look after the issue and told us that the water tank needs to be replaced. We asked them for a speedy process and it was assured that we will get the tank within 10 days . Even after those 10 days had passed, when we called the technician to enquire about the status of the tank, he delayed and said that it will come by this week or next week, we make another complaint in the company's customer care, receiving the same response . At present, we are still unable to locate the delivery of the tank even after repeatedly talking to several people who work for the company . This is a matter of shame on the Company that despite requesting them several times, no action has been taken. This definitely means that the Company is only making false claims in the name of its brand . If the company is unable to serve its customers, how will it gain and maintain their customer loyalty . This is the last time that we have made a mistake of purchasing a product from AO Smith and would also recommended everyone NOT TO BUY ANY AO SMITH PRODUCT due to its delayed and highly inefficient customer service . Also, to my surprise there have been few neighbours who purchased the same product and are facing similar problems while there is no one present to address these issues for the past past 2-3 months .
