[Resolved]  AO Smith — geyser - heating problem frequently

Address:C13 bora planet jagtap dairy chouk pimple nilakh, near bora Happy homes pune 411027, Pune, Maharashtra, 411027

After a month of installation heating problem starts. After replacing coil 2-3 times. Exchanged the product. Now again the problem starts. Very very very very much poor product. Very irritating to raise complaint and to take follow up till resolution. The service center availability is very poor. Over all product is fail. Please demount and crush somewhere

Very very bad service and we need to call so many times to attend a the issue.

The customer care guys, area service guys are not even picking up the call.

Blatent lies and abruptly disconnecting the call.

No time commitments and each individual will tell their own time and not attending the issue or solving the problem.
