AO Smith — No Organised support | |
Hi AOSmith Team, Hope you are doing well ! I'm really not satisfied with the service giving in my location -Kakinada- 533005. Last year I purchased z8 water purifier and due to issues it was replaced with other one by AO Smith company. I have checked with call support regarding warranty of replacement product, they said it is in warranty. Here, local technicians not accepting this warranty given by AOSmith company. They are calling and telling me this is paid service and I need to pay. They will visit to check the issue only if I confirm to pay . Please update the below points and reply in the same email. 1) Please let me know replacement product will cover under warranty or not? 2) Why same technician visits to my house from past 1 year for all my requests, Is this really helpful to the customer and company to take any feedback? 3) Why AOSmith technical persons is asking to pay money in warranty also. I can see warranty status active but technical agents not able to see is big question mark. 4) Why my ticket closed#15072012 without proper justification? 5) Please let me know in warranty period what will be covered including filters(candles). I need clear details. 6) I m not getting the taste water from purifier. Please resolve at free of cost. I have attached the screeshots in the email. @Team, I need update on all points.
