AO Smith — Pathetic Service!!! Need help

Team, I am writing to you about pathetic service I have been receiving from last 4 days about my Water purifier, hoping that someone will read and take action quickly. My water purifier is not working from last 4 days for which I am reaching out to the service dealer in my area, Wakad - Pune. His ground team is really horrible and less experienced since 2 technicians could not resolve my problem. Everytime they replaced some part and said it is fixed but in few minutes the problem came back. These guys are really useless and don't care about support experience at all.
