I purchased a AOmsith Water purifier Pro Planet 7 last week directly from your sales executive Mr Uday in Bangalore, the product was billed from Sampurna International, the distributor to Bangalore. this has been a horrific experience since Day 1.
1. Water started leaking below the unit. had to raise it to Uday and a ticket was raised to rectify it. A person named Naveen came and told he fixed it ans informed me that it was some loose connection. however, the very next day the issue reoccurred.
2. even after flushing the tank twice, the water taste is absolutely not good and doesn't state like a RO + SCMt filter as advertised. this seems to be a LEMON to me.
I informed this again to the sales executive Uday and he raised another ticket. service team Uday replaced 2 parts inside the filter in a brand new filter. however the water issue is not rectified. Kent water tastes better than this Filter. I guess this is more than a defective product. even after complaining this, none of them are bothered to rectify this issue.
a brand new filter has 2 parts rectified in 2 days of purchase and water tastes bad. I need a replacement of this product or a refund of this. I am tired of talking to service technicians.
This is a Serious issue with Companies playing with water. Who will be responsible if there is a health issue for us.

Hope someone looks at this issue seriously. A so called great company selling LEMON.
