AO Smith — Received broken/damaged product

I have bought this ao smith water heater sds-015 from amazon, which was delivered on 8th of November for which I have booked a installation from 3rd party on 1 December due to my pincode-242001. Your services aren’t here.
Yesterday i just unbox the water heater for installation then i saw a broken/damaged near corner and taping with white same color tape which was totally unexpected. Amazon is saying that i have to contact manufacturer ao smith for this fault under certain warranty period. I haven’t installed it yet because the product found damaged. So please I request you to make a replacement for this product and give the customer satisfaction for your brand and future services and also make a installation request by your team for fulfill the satisfaction. I have contacted to your customer service executive about this issue happening. And also I’m attaching the pictures of broken part, invoice and it’s details.
