AO Smith — Regarding service issue of ao smith geyser | |||
Dear sir We have purchased ao smith geyser on dated 06.01.2020 and it was under warranty period and i have raise complain at ao smith service center toll free no. On dated 05.07.2020 when my ao smith geyser was not working so one technician came to our home on dated 13.07.2020 and do something in geyser and gone but my geyser was still not working so i raise issue again as my ao smith geyser was still not working then they came and told us please put your geyser down from wall so that they see the issue so i say it was your duty to put down that geyser from wall as your service engineer will install that geyser not mine so they leave my geyser and told us that you do from your end and when your geyser was put down from wall then you call me i was comelled to do that work as i have no other option so we put down that geyser and call him but service center person mr shashank kumar pandey mobile no.[protected] told us that we will take installation charges for mounting your geyser on wall so my issue was that why should i pay charges as my geyser was under warranty and who will do that work to mount my geyser on wall so please resolve the issue and i have recording of each and every call which was done by me to service i was too much harrased my ao smith company and i have issue that these companies will cheat us by betraying our belief Was this information helpful? | |||
