[Resolved] AO Smith — replacement of faulty geyser | |||||
This is to inform you that I purchased a 3 liter instant geyser on 24/12/2019. I got it installed on 25/12/2019 morning and it looked working fine but in evening it stopped working on same day. Next day AO smith service engineer visited and said that its heating element is not working due to dry heating and refused to replace it under warranty. This is simply denial of promised warranty. Service engineer said that service team is from franchise and he will replace on chargeable basis. Because they are franchise, they will not care about customer satisfaction and brand value. They will make false reason to deny free service where cost is involved. I purchased this product seeing AO Smith brand, 2+5 years warranty and 8 Bar pressure but all became fusss... in few hours only. I urge you to do the needful at the earliest to get me relief.
