Hello, this is in regards to my water purifier, z6 model, i had logged a complaint for filter replacement notification, today one of your service personal named bharat attended the complaint, he replaced the filter however the service is incomplete, couple of issues 1. Filters replaced had no sticker, 2, no receipt or bill provided for the service amount received, 3. Did not inspect the filter post repair, 4. I see black particle in tank (He had opened it to replace the filter) and it is not passing through water outlet as it is bigger in size. 5. Tried calling him back he advised me to log a new complain and he will attend tomorrow. 6. Requested him to attend today itself as we will not be able to use the filter and he was very rude and disconnected the call.7 called him again and requested his manager details and again he was rude and informed do what ever you want but i will not share and disconnected. Went through toll free and then the manager, they gave regional number punesh but his number is not reachable, hence reaching you through online. I need your support in addressing the following. 1. Why did we recieve non branded filters, they need to be replaced with branded one, 2. I need a bill, 3. The black substance should be looked into and see what is it & how it can be serviced....
