AO Smith — water filter failed within 6 months. service not provided since 4 months.

Address:Plot No. 300, KIADB Industrial Area, Phase -II, Harohalli, Kanakapura, Ramanagara District, 562112, Karnataka

We have purchased x8 ao smith water purifier 10 months ago. After 6 months filter gets failed. We have communicated with customer service and requested for service as the product have warranty. No one responded eventhough we have registered service morethan 20 times.
