11217104 this is in regard to the compliant raised in march. I am yet to get a solution and the product is sitting like a piece of metal in my house. Numerous complaints were raised but no one paid any attention to this. Would suggest go through the previous history. I brought this system in 2017 and with in an year i had to call the service guy for more than 6 times as the product was not functioning. The last time i called in nov/dec, i have demanded a replacement as it was having issues every month and my mum (Sr citizen) was unable to take the pain of calling and directing. The real reason to buy a purifier (Safe water and remove the hassle of buying bottles) was lost. The representative who knew that the system will be out of warranty, didn't inform me about the warranty and requested me to use it for one more month. Since the rep was courteous and was requesting, i have been considerate and agreed. But again the product started giving problems and when contacted i was said the warranty has expired and cant be done. As a consumer, do you expect me to spend 20k buy a product and chase every second month to fix the product. It is my fundamental right to get the right product and be given hassle free service. But since the time i got this installed it has just become a pain. I wonder the purpose the firm is being driven. If you do not take care of your consumers, you shouldn't be selling products. My mother has been ordering water separately and due to my hectic travel i wasn't there to help her find a solution. Again, it is not about the money but the intentions of your firm to make a customer run around after buying an expensive product. I want this to be escalated to the highest level possible. You guys talk about exceptional service and other jargons but that is limited to your mails and ads and when it comes to practicality it is just a joke. My mother is going through hard ships because she is deprived of safe drinking water and the reason is your firm and its disinterest in giving good customer experience.
