[Resolved] AO Smith — water purifier x7 upgraded to x8

I have a water purifier from ao smith, i have taken 4 years of amc. I raised a complaint on 20th nov to change the filters. Till today service not provided, i am following up on a daily basis and no proper response from ao smith customer care. No response from service manager and area service manager called multiple times. Let me know if you require any further information.

After a so many following up, after 10 day the service done. This is the first time I am facing this bad service from AO Smith. Product is good because of this kind of improper management of AO Smith service can spoil the entire company

AO Smith customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
