I have raised close to 45 email and call request to AO Smith customer care no one has responded to my request and all I get to hear is either call back or will get a call tomorrow or someone will be calling me. Am fed up of following up. This is not acceptable.
The team at AO Smith are so irresponsive. I have been informing about the defective product right after two months of purchase however no one seems to be bothered about this and have been replacing the internal parts and now it's so long that I don't have a water purifier at home because of the issue not being handled on time by AO Smith team.
