Dear Sir / Madam,

AO Smith Water purifier Customer Support is very bad. while warranty expiry they force you to visit for free service and try to make the device malfunction and the device stopped working. Later they force you to take AMC and additional Engineer Visit charges.

Do not worth to buy. it's kind of SCAM. you are forced to buy AMC all along.

Updated by shivu79 I have been forced to renew my AMC. I have asked them to replace only filters, it was costing INR. 5300/- and AMC charges are INR.5500/-. They will say it is comprehensive AMC, but no electrical and Plastic parts are not applicable. then you have left with only Filters. for that they charge INR. 5500/-.
It's a total SCAM, once purchased this device (of around INR, 19000/-) you have no option that every year you have to spend INR.5500/-.
