I had called for a service professional for the change of the filters as the change filter indicator was on. I have bought the water purifier in Nov 2021 so I still have the warranty. The professional came a day later Mr. Nagaraj from Doddathoguru branch electronic city bangalore. inspite of giving the time slot. And he actually charged rs.2000 for the filters he changed. And then he was asking me to have a servicing done apart from this filter change and would charge me 5k. There is nothin more.left after the filters are changed. When I called the customer support they also told me that I need to pay for the new filters installed as it's not covered in warranty even though I have tb warranty till nov 2022. I paid the guy rs 2100+ pipe charges and then after he left and got the feedback for himself, the purifier stopped working. No water entering it and power button blinking. I had to again raise a request for another professional to come and fix it and come and waited for two more days. Meanwhile I called Mr. Nagaraj to come and help me with this as he had already changed the filters. He kept postponing for two days and then stopped answeringy calls. Finally the next professional who came Mr. Srinivasan Reddy helped me in fixing the filter and thankfully did a good job. Thank you for that . Mr. Nagaraj had cut a wire completely which led to the power button to blink and no water incoming to filter. The conclusion is that is ur service so bad. When ur taking up the responsibility of sending a professional to solve the issue, the only motivation they have is to manipulate the customers and are a fraud to extract more money. Even after paying what they ask, inspite of having warranty and still extracting extra money, still the fraud irresponsible Mr. Nagaraj spoilt the purifier and never consulted or contacted or came back to help with the repair. Waited for 4 days to get the sple.filter change to be done when proper purifier being spoilt.its terrible service Was this information helpful? |
