Vehicle number ap 05 dv 9485 has been 2 months ago and i haven't received my original rc book till now and there is no proper response from the rto office, kakinada. When can i expect my rc book and what shall i do to receive it soon. And whom should i consult for this issue. Postal charges are received saying that the rc book will be sent through post.
