Hi, Rs.49 got deducted from my Idea account today(1st Feb, 2014) saying' Thank you for downloading ALL channels 15 days from APALYA, You have been charged rs.49.' i have NOT downloaded any such thing. i request the APALYA team to reimburse me with the money immediately.Please stop this malpractise and learn some decency if possible!       On 17/01/2014 at 23:05 I got a message from BT-APALYA mentioning that subscriptions for BSNL Mobile TV and immedietly Rs.150 was deducted from my balance. I had neither requestef nor confirmed in any way to this type of service. Please take serious action on Apalya regarding this. There is a free application from the same company in Google Play Store for free download whick I have downloadef either. Hoping for some serious action against Apalya and ofcourse the REFUND.         hi, Apalya technologies have recharged my cell with the amount and called and apologised too..all those facing this problem should write a mail describing their problem to [email protected]. also keep [email protected] and [email protected] in CC. thanks to Apalya team for their quick response!

          Apalya Technologies has been deducting Rs 40 per week from about last 10 weeks in the name of Mobile TV which I never subscribed for.I ignored their first few requests thinking of them as spam messages and deleted them but when my mobile balance came to zero, I came to know about their fraud practice. I currently have asked them to de-activate their mobile-TV scheme for which the reference no. is 3046185. I also have two of their messages as a proof of their cheating. I wish to get my money back and also barr the company from cheating other innocent people.

            Today i got a message on my BSNL Prepaid No [protected] from MIMOBITV (+[protected] stating "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WeekRs.40/Week". On checking my BSNL account a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted. Immediately I send a message to 55447 for unsubscription.

            It is pertinent to mention that, the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent. MIMOBITV had never contacted me for the said subscription, instead they deducted the amount. This in in gross violation of the rules and regulations.

            Request you to kindly direct MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount (Rs 40) back to my mobile account at the earliest and stop harassing subscribers like me in future.

              On 15 April, 2012 at 09.20 p.m I got a message on my BSNL pre-paid Mob. No.[protected] from MIMOBITV[protected] stating 'THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKS RS.40/WEEk. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SEND MYUNSUB to 55447'. On checking my BSNL account, it was found that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted.

              I am shocked. Because the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent and knowledge. After that I immediately unsubscribed it by sending the message, but my balance has already been deducted. After calling to BSNL customer care, they said that they can't do anything because subscription is activated by you. Even though Rs. 40 isn't a big amount but I request you (APALYA TECHNOLOGIES FOR MIMOBITV) to stop this cheating and false practice and refund the deducted amount otherwise I'll be compelled to go against you in consumer court.

              MIMOBITV - Apalya Technologies Pvt Ltd Hyderabad — Withdrawal of complaint

              With reference to my complaint against the above mentioned company regarding deducting amount from my pre-paid mobile acccount, it is to inform that today they refunded the amount to my Mob a/c by way of easy recharge.

                On 14 March, 2012 at 14.47 hrs I got a message on my BSNL pre-paid Mob. No.[protected] from MIMOBITV[protected] stating 'THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKS RS.40/WEE. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SEND MYUNSUB to 55447'. On checking my BSNL account, it was found that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted.

                I am shocked. Because the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent. There is no question of my subscribing to this TV. I have not even heard about it earlier. So I immediately sent message to 55447 for unsubscription. OK reply received.

                The problem started again. On 21 March, 2012 at 16.27 hrs. again I received the message as stated above. On checking my BSNL account, I am pained to note that again an amount of Rs.40 has been deducted from account. All these are done without my consent.

                I therefore earnestly request to direct MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount (40+40) to my mobile account immediately. I also request to take action against them for adopting unscrupulous business practices

                  This is to bring to your notice that while subscribing to Airtel MobileTV we have terms and conditions clearly mentioning that the service is auto renewed after one month before two days of auto renewal we send a pre renewal sms saying your account will be renewed on the particular date.

                  Anyways please share your contact number and queries to [protected]@apalya.com and your service will be deactivated immediately.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I received one SMS on Time: 30/11/2011 15:43:16 from MIMOBITV (Thank you for subscribing all chanels/weeks Rs:40/week. To unsucribe send MYUNSUB to 55447 and also charged Rs: 40/- from my mobile accounts without my knowledge.After That got another SMS From MIMOBITV: Thank you for Subscribing All Channels/MonthRs.150/Month, To unsubscribe send MYUNSUB to 55447 Time: 30/11/2011 17:18:16. They have charged Total Rs.190 within two hours. When i contacted bsnl's call centre they were acting dumb and trying to tell me that i must have activated in on my own and was too dumb to be calling them up leaving all my work and disturbing them with my troubles!!! I also talked with BSNL Customare Care with this issue but they are not able to refund the amount. Then I contacted the M/s.Apalya Technologies (p) Ltd., Hyderabad through Phone 3-4 times (Customer Care Queries -Please call #[protected] and they offer the refund within 24 hours & not given any complaint docket Number. But they are not refund the amount till date. Therefore it is requested to look in to the matter at the earliest to resolve the issue.

                    I have not subscribed to any service then why this provider should send me this message and again asks me to unsubscribe.

                    This is a disgusting situation.
                    The above is the true story of Cheating by Apalya in connivance with BSNL where in I have been cheated


                    Someone take action or reply what to be done by this sort of messages.

                    I request you to kindly investigate the complaint and take all such actions as are necessary in the wider interest of general public in order to avoid consumers being cheated like this

                      I am a user of BSNL post paid mobile service. From this month bill, I came to know that a sum of Rs 150 has been deducted (on 07.10.2011) against mimobitv service for which I have never applied. Today also I received a sms of saying that "VIDEO ALERTS: Thank you for Subscribing Sports Center Rs.10/Seven Days" from 54471010, the service for which I have never asked for. This is ridiculous and should be stopped immdiately.
                      I have wrote this to APALYA TECHNOLOGIES, Chennai, Tamil Nadu today itself.
                      Please look into th matter and get resolved it from APALYA TECHNOLOGIES, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

                      such malpractice is common by private telecom operators. if bsnl too is resorting this malpractice then onl god can help.

                      [to a great extent TRAI (sleeping) watchdong is very much responsible. why has't they install some mechanism to curb this minace?]

                      send mail and ask the operator, bsnl, to immedeately stop the servies bcos you never wanted it and ask for the debit to be reveresed! also call the customer care.

                      you can just try asking the customer care- what date/time the request was made by me for the service as per your record? by which mode (makeing a call, by sending sms, etc.) the request was made ? (the person who picking up your phone will say- these info are not avalable on my terminal !!!)

                      please share this mishappening with all your friends verbally, through emails and networking sites like facebook and twitter.

                      i have down loaded idea online tv two times but ididn't get any passward or code.

                        The Above stated company automatically activated my Airtel mobile Tv service, and charged Rs 40.00 for that.. i have called the customer care Airtel, but they said that "Sir, The service is activated by apalya.com from your side, so we cannot refund the money." But the fact is that i never accessed the site through mobile or PC in my life prior to activation.

                        I tried to call the apalya.com customer care but no one pickup the phone..

                        Sir , My request is that Kindly look into the matter so that i can get my Refund..

But they are not refund the amount till date. Therefore it is requested to look in to the matter at the earliest to resolve the issue.
