I stay in an apartment which contains 48 houses. Each block has 6 houses.
I pay the maintenance fee properly. 1 month before our block common stair case light was replaced. Now again there was a problem. We informed the association and they are telling that we have to solve the problem ourself.
Please let me know whether the statement made by association is correct?
I told them it is fine we will fix the issue and we will deduct the amount in next month maintenance charge.
For that the association is threatening us that how will you live here without our support (in the sense, no stair cleaning or no watchman support or pump overhead water of daily usage)
