I have applied for power supply connection and meter 4 months back. After completion of my construction i have called the power supply people who has to give the connection. I have called them again and again for 10 days, even though they didn't came and give the connection. When i call them, every time they used to say that they are busy even though they are enough free. Finally, i put leave to my duties on loss of pay and went to their office in Rampally village, Keesara Mandal. Then they came and given the connection and meter without box. After my request for box, they charged RS 150/- (illegal) and RS 100/- for connection withoutt any receipt. Kindly please take action on the guy (Name: Gouse). I lost the duty loss of pay amount(1200) and illegal amout(250) ang got lot of irritation and mental pressre with this guy.

    This is N.visweswar rao, Ganesh nagar , Shankerpally, R.R dist. we are receiving last 12 months very high electricity bill from APCPDCL,Actually we are having domestic connection with 2 fans, 1 tv and 5 cfl bulbs for our home. But the Electric bills are coming above 250 units (some times more than 300 units) from last 12months. we are went to APCPDCL office at shankerpally to meet A.E. many times but he is not responding and behaving with me very rudely and careless. so please rectify the problem as soon as possible. our S.NO :[protected] on the name of N.Anjaneya, S/O.       We are residing at Flat No. 202, 203, House no. 68, Rajvamsi Homes, Raghavendra colony, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad since 3 years. For the past one year our Electricity power supply is not perfectly consistent. It has been lariating everyday from 180 volts to 200 volts. Our Air condition is not working. Some times due to Low voltage our House hold amenities like Television, Refrigerators and other electrical goods are getting spoiled. During night times it always shows below 180 volts. We are regularly paying the electricity bills for the consumption.

      I M.shashidhar resident of h.no:13-105/4/1 Nehru nagar colony Serilingampally. We are facing law voltage problem from many days. In low voltage also lot of (flickering) up's and down's. We had given complain (complain no is 5, second time it is 9 in this month two times we had given) also but no use. AE saying that we have single phase and so we send report to higher Authorities. He also said to wait up to month ending. But we are facing lot of problems day and night. We are paying regularly bills. Its private Organizations but no use please immediately solves our problems

      Hello. I am kaustubh Dongarkar Resident of Kamakshipuram Ramantpur Hyderabad.Our Locality has 1-9 streets in kamakshipuram Colony.And i reside in the 9th street of kamakshipuram colony.From past 2years we are facing a serious issue of Low Volatage in our Lane i.e.,(ST.NO-9).Everyday after 7:00pm all the houses in the lane will be in the darkness. Neither our tubelights glow nor our computers till midnight 11:30pm.Because of this students in the locality are sufferring a lot they i have to shift there houses temporarily till the examinations are completed.As in the evening hours they are not able to read in Bulbs shadow. I have logged a complaint for this n number of times in past few years but no one is responding to the issue.Some times they say its a transformer problem because of that only your lane is facing a problem.But when we raise our voice to resolve the issue no one turns up from the department.

      Hence I kindly request you to look into the issue asap and helps us to get proper facilities and basic amenities to our lane.

      Good Afternoon.

      I am the resident of Vinayakanagar, Qutubullapur, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. Our Locality has 1-5 streets in Vinayakanagar. And I resides in one of the street of Vinayakanagar. From past 3 years we are facing a serious problems of Low Voltage in our Lane. All the houses after 7:00pm in the lanes will be in the darkness.         Against APCPDCL SC No[protected] supply is always low since 1 month aprox. After several request no represenattive is attanding to resolve the said. I have already lost my freeze compressor. My TV is also not clear visibility due to less voltage of electricity supply. When getting better power not equivalant 230 AC than TV is working. but Fan is just mooving as like govt. hospital.

        I have communicated JE of APCPDCL, Gachibowli, 8 to 12 times with request manner, not responding at all and no such reaction for said.

          Apcpdcl — TV burn due to Over Voltage

          Sir/Madam,

          My TV burned due to over voltage 12/12/09 around 3PM.Sound came & Burning Smell filled the whole room.

          i have a 3 phase coneection.but one phase is not working.

          Since last 3 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from APCPDCL,Actually we are using1 fan &1 Tube light only night time but the Electic bills are coming above 150 & 100 Above every month which is very much high than what it should be.
          Since last 7 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from APCPDCL, Actually we are using1 fan, 1 Tube light & refrigerater only night time but the Electic bills are coming above 250 & 350 Above every month which is very much high than what it should be.but my nebour he gething on Rs.150 to 250 only but he using fan, cooler, refregerater, water moter, heater &iron box why he gething this much low.           Since last 3 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from APCPDCL,
          Actually we are using1 fan & 2 Tube light only night time but the Elecity bills are coming above 700 Above every month which is very much high than what it should be.

          From last 3 Years all my home equipments are same & i have not added anything but i never got Bill above 450 Rupees.

          Surely 700 Rupees is very high and not valid, there must some problem of Meter.

          Kindly resolve my problem.

          i constructed new house and got it registerd in the year 2011 on my name r.ravi kumar, now as per govt decision surcharge of 2010 are added up and bills are given with inflated amounts.my problem is why at all i should pay for the ywar 2010 when i never had a house at this place.the records of property and also the new three phase meter fixed here is good enough to confirm the property date .

          i am a resident of kurnool, ashoknagar, palakottalu, 45/24k/40c, in our house electricity is coming high since 2 months hope authorities take necessary action inspite of repeated complaints
          I am staying in Uppal, Opp. to Ayappa Temple, I am staying here for last 4 years. My averange bill amount Rs. 500, around 100 to 150 Units per month. My Electronic goods are same which I am using since last one year. Last Month bill. i.e. April, 2013 had come to me with Huge amount or Rs. 2984.00. Where I am staying only in a 700 sft, 2 bhk house. and my all months previous bills are paid on time no pending. I am confuse and dont know how it came like this. Please suggest me some solution.

          Hi Sir,

          This is Sushmitha, staying in Allwyn Clolony Phase1, KPHB.
          This month i got very high bill and it is around 1746/-

          I'm staying in this appartments from past 3years and this is the very first time i'm seeing this much bill.
          Only 2 people stays in home and even when i see the previous history the consumed units won't cross beyond 100-120.
          Coming to my surprise, this time it went to 321 units, and i'm damn sure it was not consumed by us or my family memebers.
          I request you people to take the immediate corrective action.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am Sanjeeva, residing in Kukatpally for last 2 years. I used to get the Electricity Bill between Rs.200-300 for every month (Every month We use around 50-75 units). But, this month I got Rs.509. (132 Units).

          This must be the fault of the person who takes reading from Meter.

          Last month We got only Rs.135/- for using of only 15 Units (Readings[protected].

          The person who takes reading must have taken wrong reading that is only 15 units instead of 75 units[protected].

          So, This month It has been 132 units of Total reading[protected] as it charges Rs. 509.

          If it is 75-80 units for each month I could have paid Rs.250/- for each month under category 1(A).

          Now, I will have to pay the bill under Category level 1(B).

            Hi Team,

            Despite of frequent communication to Lineman and Electricity staff, they are not changing the wires. On an average for every 3 days, wires are being cut and hanging on the road and people are getting injured with shock which can lead to death. Electricity staff are taking this as a small issue but this will cause death of residents. These wires were 20 yrs old and creating a fear o[censored]ntimely cut and hanging on the roads. I sincerely request you to take up this issue to APCPDCL and order electricity staff to change the wiring system to a new wires in Balajiangar, kukatpally area. Thanks in advance.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Road lights from Hyderabad Central (Opposite Police Station, Punjagutta, Hyderabad) to Supplies Bhavan (Opposite Post Office, Somajiguda), Erramanjil, are switched off between 4.30 a.m. to 5.00 a.m., while lights at other roads are switched off till there is darkness. You will appreciate that there is pitch dark up to 5.45 a.m. If the lights are switched off at 4.30 a.m., what is the use of installing lights on that road? I go for yoga early in the morning and I have to cross the road. Being darkness on the road, there is every possibility of fatal accidents taking place. I myself have suffered very much many times, as the roads have pit holes and one gets tumbled down and injured oneself. Many a time, I have a narrow escape from meeting with accidents, as some two-wheelers or three-wheelers have lights being out of order, which are not visible to the passers-by crossing the road and there is every possibility of meeting with an accident. If the lights are switched off so early, the very purpose of providing lights on the roads is defeated. I request you to kindly instruct the person concerned to perform his duties according to the rules and regulations of APCPDCL. It seems it is the mischief of the official concerned to whom this duty of switching off the lights has been assigned; otherwise APCPDCL will not allow the lights to be switched off so early.                   PROVIDING OF STREET LIGHTS - reg.

                  Stree light is not provided on the pole ref no. [protected]/022 and 115/2092 in BHEL MIG PHASE 1 B/H TIP TOP SHOP. Kindly provided.
                  Since 2 days street light in Adarsh Nagar, Rasoolpura, Secunderabad has not been turned off. Dont know where to complaint. On Saturday I called the area Electric Dept Personnel & informed him to get the street light off.

                    I am a resident of Safilguda, Hyderabad. I have a complaint against the line men (Yadagiri and Ramesh).
                    Yesterday our area line men came to disconnect the power as we didn't pay 2 months bills.
                    We requested to give 10 minutes time so that we can go right away and pay the bills. They even didn't listen to what we are saying and cut the wires (Instead of removing fuse). The line man Yadagiri is so arrogant and he spoke in such a way that i wanted to lodge a complaint against him. Immediately we went and paid the bills and they collected rs. 50/- as late fee. When we called up, the lineman came and joined the wires and left dangerously as shown in the picture. They don't carry tape to seal the wires with them. When i asked to seal the wires, they said they will put the tape later and left. After calling him repeatedly, finally in the evening they came and put the tape.

                    My question is when we wait days and days together for their services, can't they wait for just 10 minutes?
                    When they have already disconnected the wires, why did they collect rs. 50/- extra?

                    I agree that i didn't pay 2 months bills, but why can't they give me 10 minutes to pay my bills?

                      I am G.Kasi Viswanathrao, S/O G.V.Subbarao, Brahiminstreet, Door No. 21-635, Dharmavaram, Meter No. 17466, Pole No. M4/16. On 22.01.2012 the electricity department people replaced the meter and given wrong connection by lineman made all my home electricity goods damaged by short circuit caused by wrong connection given by line man .damages are as follows 3 tube lights , Color Television, 2 mobile chargers,fan when i went to ask for the compensation for damages the line man said take Rs.300 and keep quite,and department people also supporting him only they are not taken my complaint against him also
                      So sir i need justice from you and take action against the department and also the line man of Dharmavaram .

                        hello sir ... i am a tenant living with my family at santhoshnagar coloiny mehdipatnam since a year... in the starting we received normal bill amounts but now since 3-4 months we are receiving huge electricity bills ,... this month the line man who came to give the bill said there is some problem in the meter so he ll issue the bill after checking it .... but at sudden when we were not at home i think he came and issued the bill,,.. it is rs. 1668/-

                            Hi,

                            I am from Pragathi Nagar from Quthbullapur Mandal which is 2 kms from JNTU. Pragathi Nagat is first gram panchayat received ISO 9001:2000 certification. gathi Nagar Panchayat brought high quality life in the Village through well-orchestrated and planned development of infrastructure facilities.

                            However we have a black mark in the form of Electricity due to unplanned outages which has been happening over a year. Even after several complaints the issue still persists. Atlease one Monday in a month we have maintenance outage for more than 6 hours to make sure everhting is fine. Even after that we have outages which are unannounced. This means that they are not doing their work properly.

                            We are not happy and want to increase the level of intensity if the problems do not get resolved. Its high time the patience is being tested.

                            Hope someone takes care of this issue and releive us from the pain.

                                This month I have received a very high electricity bill from APCPDCL,
                                Actually we are using 2 fans & 2 Tube light only. We dont have fridge, AC, washing machine etc. But the Elecity bill is above 1200. This is very much high than what it is for the past 7 years.

                                Very High Electricity Bill
                                This month I have received a very high electricity bill from APCPDCL,

                                    There was an inspector who came to out residence for inspection on[protected]. of the usage , His name is T.Sudhir(name of the inpsector Officer) , ADE (Designation).

                                    He says that we are using a embroiding machine and have written a complaint on us that we using supply other than sanctioned purpose , i really pity on him , because he is a govt officer and he does not know the difference between a normal suing maching and an embroidary machine.

                                    To be honest we are no sure when he came to our home and he had checked it , but ll we know he has sent this information as a bill and charged an extra amount of 5610 and askes us to pay 50% of it .


                                    When we have'nt used the service why shall we pay , its been years we are not using the machine , my mother would make some money for our food in our childhood .

                                    Now that im edudcated i was able to write a complaint to you


                                    I request the higher authority to please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    I am the resident o[censored]day Nagar Colony, Kharmanghat, Hyderabad. I have two complaints to register on Central Power Distribution Company of AP. I have esteem regards to APCPDCL, but now a days the type of service being rendered is pathetic.

                                    Complaint 1: There are frequent power cuts in the area, leaving us handicapped to do our day to day work. Previously there was a specific time when we used to know that there would be power cuts in the locations during these hours and would ajdust our day accordingly. But now a days, without any information, there are power cuts during the day and nights. This being summer, if there is power cut during the nights you can understand the problem a layman would be into.

                                    Complaint 2: This is on the employees who work for Champapet Service Region. Whenever I give a call to register my complaint on [protected] and [protected], there is no person to answer the call and take my complaint. When I approached to residential office at this location, they say that this is the complaint booking phone number and I have to give a call on this number itself. Now a days whenever I approach the office, I find office boys there namely, Shiva, Venkatesh and Narsing, who are too rude and don't even respond in the a proper manner. When I asked to them to give AE (Assistant Engineer) contact number who belong to that location, they say that I have to give call on above mentioned numbers only and AE will speak to me. And whenever I take a leave and approach the office during the day time to meet AE, I don't find AE in his seat, and they say that he has gone to other office.

                                    So fed up of the service being provided by the officials in this location, I am forced to write this. I also working for the customer service, and also expect a proper customer service being initiated to me in a similar manner.

                                    I request you to take proper action on officials in this location, so that we would be treated as customers and not their slaves, whenever we approach the office. So request you to check with the powercuts and give us solution to get rid of this problem.

                                      ON 6TH. APRIL,2011 MORNING BETWEEN[protected], SUDDENLY THE DOMESTIC SUPPLY VOLTAGE HAD SURGED TO A VERY VERY HIGH LEVEL
                                      ( THIS CAN BE VERIFIED BY INSPECTING THE CONCERNED LOG BOOKS )
                                      AND
                                      BEING UNAWARE, MY TV,FRIDGE,COMPUTER WHICH WERE IN ON/STANDBY MODE ; GOT SEVERLY DAMAGED AND MAY BE BEYOND REPAIR.
                                      The estimated damage to my household gadgets are well over Rs.50,000/-
                                      Further, since we have to very frequently move out keeping the house locked, this incident has made us extremely nervous and we do not have any knowledge as to how we can overcome such major disasters which may set our entire house on fire thereby destroying all our properties and may even pose danger to our lives.
                                      Upon enquiry with our neighbourhood, we found most of the people have suffered similar damages to their elctrical gadgets.
                                      Can we expect the concerned department to
                                      a) Compensate our losses
                                      b) Ensure that similar life endangering faulty services are regulated by installation of proper checks and controls.
                                      c) Can have a right to live peacefully
                                      d) Those guilty of overloading/negligent in duties are severly punished

                                        Wire connecting from pole to house loose

                                        Due to strong winds the wire connecting from pole to house is loose . It needs to be tightened and connected properly.
