APDCL — Non redressal of complaint regarding electricity failure since 4 days | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I am a resident of japorigog, guwahati -5 (Apdcl consumer no.[protected]) and would like to bring to your kind notice about the harassment faced by me and my family since the last 4 days due to non redressal of a complaint registered by me to the customer care no.[protected] of assam power distribution company limited (Apdcl). The complaint of electricity failure at my residence was registered on 8/6/2016 and the docket no. Provided was [protected]. However, no lineman/technician has arrived till today (11/6/2016). During this period, i have repeatedly called up the customer care no. Twice on 8/6/2016 and once each on 9/6/2016 and 10/6/2016. The executives just kept giving false assurances and changed my docket no. To[protected]. This is for your kind information and necessary action so that the problem is resolved at the earliest. I have been facing an Issue, regarding receiving wrong electricity bill. and also my consumer number is not reflecting in their database. They haveen providing the wrong bills again again, for 30 unit of bill 7200 bill amount received they have not refund amount
