[Resolved] Apex Service Center — Not repairing my Kent RO for last one month | |||
I took AMC plan worth rs 10, 500 in April 2019 (Bill No 2838), which is valid till April 2021, when they claimed that they were from Kent RO company. AMC is provided by "Apex Service Center, 3/133, lalita park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092." Now my RO has stopped pouring water, and I have called multiple times to their customer care for last one month. Daily they give standard reply " Sir, kal ho jayega. And I am listening same reply for last one month. They are not even able to give name and no of service engineer, nor they have any road map for completing service request. They even deny to let me communicate with seniors. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest, I am in severe distress due to no drinking water at home and I am purchasing it daily from the market, which is costing heavily on me. Kindly help me, I want to get full refund or repair as soon as possible. I am completely fade up with their response and finally I chose to come on your forum for help.
