I took AMC plan worth rs 10, 500 in April 2019 (Bill No 2838), which is valid till April 2021, when they claimed that they were from Kent RO company.
AMC is provided by "Apex Service Center, 3/133, lalita park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092."

Now my RO has stopped pouring water, and I have called multiple times to their customer care for last one month.
Daily they give standard reply " Sir, kal ho jayega.
And I am listening same reply for last one month.
They are not even able to give name and no of service engineer, nor they have any road map for completing service request.
They even deny to let me communicate with seniors.
Kindly solve my problem at the earliest, I am in severe distress due to no drinking water at home and I am purchasing it daily from the market, which is costing heavily on me.

Kindly help me, I want to get full refund or repair as soon as possible.

I am completely fade up with their response and finally I chose to come on your forum for help.

    I took amc (annual maintenance contract) of two years for rs.9000/- from apex service center, for servicing of my aquaguard ro. Since first service, they are delaying the services and they did not send anyone, unless i called them 4-5 times. Their last service was due on 14 mar 2020, and they have not come ever since. I have been calling them from past 15 days, but they are not replacing motor of my ro, nor are they replacing the membrane or the kit of my ro, as promised and mentioned in the amc. My family is facing health issues due to drinking water. Please help us. Please get our money back. Since past 15 days, they are continuously harassing us, by lying to us, by making false promises, they are saying one thing and their technician is saying another. Their manager is not even picking the phone. Please help.

      A total fraud company. They have a couple of girls sitting in a house and they keep changing their names so that you don't ever talk to the same person again. They pretend as if the customer is calling for the first time. They do not generate any request number.
      In my case my ro is faulty now for 32 days and they tell everyday that the technician will come tomorrow.
      A total useless bunch of people. I have requested them to refund my amc charges of 6500 back which they say is not possible.

        This company has charged me 8100 for amc, kent membrane and pump but they have given fake non-kent membrane. Even after charging so much the problem was not resolved. When i called back the service centre and the technician avoided my calls regularly. I am dealing with apex and they are not even an authorised service centre (Which apex has been lying about). When i called apex to check this they first lied and finally after a lot of questions admitted that they are an independent service provider. After which i asked for refund as the goods/ product provided was faulty which they refused. Apex said they can only repair not refund so i asked for repair. They said they will send a technician immediately but it has been 24 hours and he never arrived. Finally the actual proper kent technician showed up and said the membrane and pump never needed to be replaced. The problem was with a small part which only costed 300. This clearly shows that this apex service centre is out to cheat people. They just replace the most expensive parts which is not required without actually fixing the problem. Please help me in getting my refund and they have misrepresented themselves as kent ro service centre and sold me faulty non kent parts. They also charged me 250 service charge but did not even show up after numerous calls.

          Hi Team,
          We have taken the AMC for our RO Kent from Apex service center (Laxmi Nagar- Delhi) for R.s. 6500/- . on 30th March 2019. Post taking the contract there was a request placed in the month of April to rectify the noise in the machine. The engineer visited post 1 day of the complain and did not bring any parts for replacement, but just wrote in the acknowledgement receipt to change the motor of the filter. There was no visit of the engineer to replace the motor and we were following up for the same. Recently in the month of July 9th, the machine stopped working and after calling the customer care 15-20 times they said that engineer would try to visit on same day. Again on 10th July multiple follow ups were done and finally the engineer visited at 1 pm. He saw the machine from outside and only changed the external filters. There was no check on the issue done by opening the machine as engineer said there is no issue. My husband wrote in acknowledgement receipt that the engineer did not investigate any issue and also did not bring the motor for replacement. Kent did not work and again we ended up calling customer care from 11th July requesting to send the engineer and get the issue rectified.
          The issue is still open and engineers who visit do not bring any parts with them nor do the relevant service. The customer care numbers are not answered for multiple times and if anyone answers they say we will try to send someone after 24hrs of complain.
          I wanted to request you in helping me to get all the AMC money back as this company is not able to provide any service from last 3 months. The engineers and customer care behave very rudely and do not even call back to address or check on issue status.

            I have also become target of this company. They claimed to be kent ro service center. They have charged rs. 6000/- for amc and in first service they just changed membrane and filters, which was duplicate in the name of kent.
            Now when ever i call their service center a lady picks the phone and says our technician is arriving today, but even after following up for 15 days, no one showed up.
            This company is making fool of people in delhi ncr and looting public money.
            Police should take some strict action against this apex service center.

              The apex service centre 1/11 lalita park laxmi nagar, new delhi is ia fraud co. They have taken annul maintenance fee of rs. 5500/= (1488) posing as if they are from the kent co.. Mr akshay rana is their general manager and ms simran, service incharge. When i asked them why they lied about being co. Service provider, they told me that there will provide every amc properly/efficiently. Now, i found they usually take 5 to 6 days in attending the complained the person sitting on the complained board is mr. Rahul said my mangaer is not sending any person to attend the call. The manager and service incharge mr. Prem sharma never pick up their phone. They have given this no to make customer fool. I request others not to get trapped with such fraud company.

                Hello... I have also faced the same problem. They charged rs 800 under the name of pureit amc. The weired part is, they were sent by pureit itself when we registered a complaint on their official customer care number. They are not attending us even after so many followup's. Kindly help how can i submit this case in consumer court and get the money back.

                I have pureit marvella ro + uv brought last year in april, i called pureit helpline for 'change gkk' light blinking on 15/03/2019. A technician visited and on further examination he found that there is membrane issue. I called pureit helpline again and they suggested for amc. I took the 2 year amc for Rs. 8000 and got the bill.

                Now when i want to use that amc, the company tells me that it is not valid and that the vendor mentioned on bill is not their vendor. I have been following up with the apex center as well, but no response. I want to understand that every time a vendor is assigned to me, how would i know who is genuine and who is not. Surely someone from customer care or vendor might have committed this fraud. And if i am calling helpline and a technician is coming, how is it possible that someone from another unauthorised ro service centre came to my place. How did they know my number, my address, or the problem that i have? I even have phone records that prove that i have called pureit helpline only.
                Moreover when the technician came from pureit, he charged me 1000 rs to change sf and reinstallation, he told that this fraud has happened with many people and the company knows about it. Despite multiple emails to helpline and emails to india head - Mr. Anjan sengupta, no action is taken, not even a single reply to any email. So i am going to take this up legally, by fir and social media.

                  Apex service engineer (Rajan) installed duplicate membrane & frt (Not kent). He charged 5k. He installed @ 19th oct'18. He said this all part is of kent. Apex service center is authorised service center of kent. Pls help to refund my amount of 5k or this type of fraud. Why duplicate membrane & frt installed by apex service engineer. Pls help to me.

                    Mr vijay from apex service centre came at 1030 in morning on 16jun upon a complaint that the aquaguard royal model of ro was leaking. He suggested to buy an amc for rs 6500 and changed all 4+1 candles saying the same will rectify the issue. The issue is still unresolved and the service centre nor mr vijay are coming for support for the entire day.. Seek help and support
                    I have become target of apex service centre, fake company in the name of kent ro company. They claimed to be kent ro service centre.
