I have paid 9k for two year amc plan and my plan is going to expire on 4th sept before lock down we request for filter change then there guy came and replace it and said there is also some issue with kit we will change it then lockdown implemented now from last 20 days iam taking regular follow up to change it and they are just passing the days so that sept came and they give gyan to renew the policy. Have asked the senior no then they have given me this number ‭[protected]‬ some prem shankar which is switched off from last 2 days.

This is seriously a fraud company just making money and in place of service they have just filter only even there employee are also suffering and not able to say anything.

It is with reference to APEX service India worst service in RO - I bought 2 year AMC from them in 2018.
Now every time service is due, we need to remind them about the service time and they don't visit you unless you call them multiple times a day and they will visit you after weeks time.

There service and behavior is worst among worst and they charge everything in advance so there is no chance of getting your hard earn money back from them.

My recent service experience is even more than worst, first they changed outside filter saying that they don't have inner filter on the servicing day.

Then after reminding them multiple time about inner filter which they forgot to change, it finally got changed but now the water is coming with fowl smell and water is also coming in less quantity.

This contaminated water is dangerous as anyone can be ill after drinking this water and it is very much possible that if you drink the same water regularly then you can be prone to jaundice.So we are buying water from outside.

Even now, after multiple complains about bad water from filter they are sending no body as our AMC with them will be ending in september 2020 so probably that could be the reason of not taking cognizance of the matter.

I would like to alert everyone that never buy anything from such a fraud company. I will be putting more such contents in social media to aware all Delhi NCR people.

Terms and conditions have a point where they mention that if a part breaks then we have to pay for it,
But the part isn't broken
And the concerned person who is supposed to repair it,

Is not implying to its own conditions.

They told me that they are working for aquaguard company. Charged 10000/- for two year amc giving 8 mandatory service. Two year is about to end and i have received only one service that too in 2019.
Its been two weeks i'm calling them for service, the ladies talking on phone are rude and have no manner's. On asking about senior, the concerned person is always on leave. Its now starting of third week and no service has been done. Fraud service center

I take 2 year amc for my r. O. On 18 june 2018 from them on paying rupees 10000, but after paying the the amount they didn't give me any singel service, on 5 june 2020 i try to file my complaint they ok we will send technician but till 20. June they didn't solve the problem on 21 june they call and said you have pay 10000 rupees for two year of amc then we send technician and solve the problem. First they take the amount and didn't give any single service to me and second time they also try to make me fool.

My complaint number is r220507.
They have been fooling us since the last 1-2 months and no progress in work has been recorded.
I want to file a complaint against this company in customer care.
We also have an amc for 2 years.

We took amc in 2019. They came very quickly for registering the amc after the cheque they r not available. They are very insensitive and unprofessional. Pls avoid and deal directly with service center of base company. Regards

We took amc for our ro. They have no service support. Despite logging complaints at call center and follow-up they don't turn up. They don't follow up. Due to this parents are troubled as they r not getting the needed support. By mistake we took this amc. For any service pls contact the vendor like euraka directly they are the contractors.

I took amc plan worth rs 10, 500 in april 2019 (Bill no 4773), when they claimed that they were from kent ro company.
When i called to kent ro, they told her that the policy doesnt belongs to them. You need to call amc provider, which impersonated us.
Amc is provided by "apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092."

For the last 6 days they are giving standard reply "aaj sham tak, nahi to kal subah tak apka ro thik ho jayega, pakka."
And i want to tell you that - na wo sham aa rahi h, no wo subah.
They are not even able to give name and no of service engineer, nor they have any road map for completing service request.
They even deny to let me communicate with their seniors.
Kindly solve my problem at the earliest, i am in severe distress due to no drinking water at home for last 6 days.
Kindly help me, i want to get full refund.
I came to this forum just by seeing that you have been able to resolve few of the problems related against the same company

Apex water solutions is an absolutely fraud company..
Their address is apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi 110092.
They lied point blank and said that they were from eureka forbes service center instead of telling me that they are an independent service center. They are not even an authorized service center.
They have taken 2 years annul maintenance fee of 8500 inr an year back i. E. 11/04/2019 valid until 10/04/2021 posing as if they are from the eureka forbes co. I have been trying to reach out to them since past 20 days and there is no response. No one receives phone calls. Numbers mentioned are out of service and if phone rings, no one picks up. If by chance they pick up the phone, they keep giving false assurances that they will visit but never turn up. I request others not to get trapped with such fraud company.
The technician from apex,, insisted on taking an amc package with 8 mandatory visits in period of 2 years with covered electrical parts, membrane, filters, motor/pump. However, it was never serviced, even after phone calls.

Apex services, laxmi nagar, delhi have not been servicing my ro. They have been putting me off for the last two months. My contract dated 08.06.18 expires on 07.06.20. Today when i reminded them on their phone no. [protected], they said because of lock down, they cannot send the mechanic. They were told that the lock down has since been relaxed and even public transport is operational. My regd. Phone no. With them is[protected]. I have learnt that a huge no. Of cases are pending against them with various agencies. I am an old women of 70 years and am buying water everyday. Lata arora

These people are completely fraud .. especially Deepak.. they will call you immediately and send some useless people they will ask for amc and all and take 7000 rps n never come back

As we have given 2 years amc for ro to your company in this 2 years they have comes ones. Secondly we are calling to your complaint no from last 15 days they were not able to provide any person to do servicing is it the way your company is providing service to your customer. Kindly suggest us wheather you will do your amc part or we shall call anybody form outside. Waiting for your reply.

Dont get traped.. They are the frauds.. When you complaint them they don't come till the amc expires.. After that they say that your amc has expired... This is not kent authorized service centre... They take amc saying they are authorized service centre but they are not.
They will call you when you purchase kent ro.. And pose them as authorized service centre of kent ro but they are not. When you call them their behaviour is highly unprofessional and they talk very rudely.. Highly unprofessional people.

Apex service center address lalita park, 3/133 laxmi nagar delhi-92. I have asked them for a change in ro membrane (Kent ro) (Though i have tried to contact kent customer care, but somehow i got redirected to them). The engineer visited my house on 18/03/2019 and changed the membrane and also informed that the motor of ro is not working properly and needs to be changed and convinced me for taking an annual maintenance contract (Amc) of 6500/-. I took the amc. As per the which, they have to make a mandatory service visit, also ro and motor replacement is covered under the same. After we took the amc the engineer went away saying he will come with the motor in some days. But even after 3-4 months, when he didn't turn up, we started calling them for replacement. Once the engineer came but with a motor of another model and went away mentioning that he will come with correct motor in 7-10 days. After some day i again called their center, to which another engineer turned up and mentioned that the motor is ok. I clearly mentioned him that we have taken amc only because we were told by another engineer that motor is faulty, so i need my motor to be changed anyway. He went away mentioning that i need to call the center if i have any issue. I called up the customer care but till date no action has been taken. Now i want them to change the motor as well as the membrane of the ro and if it is not possible, i want them to refund my money rs. 6500/- as they have not provided any services as promised and their engineers are all manipulative and fraud. I have taken 2 years kent ro amc from apex but theae guys are frauds.. They charged 11500 for 2 years amc. They promised every rhree months services with candles and filter change and every 8 months membrane change. They promised us that we dont need ro call them. They will come in time. After calling them times and again they will come at odd hours with lots od excuses. Its going to be around 2 years and amc is to be expured thwy did not change the membrane and hardly came four times for services. Please dont go for the trap. Rather use kent original website for complaints and amcs. Im following since last three days to change membrane of my ro but they hardly respond. The girl who picks the phone is really smart asked me to renew the amc in dec so she can change the membrane. With 3 more months of extension.

I had taken AMC for my Water purifier RO from the company by paying Rs 11500/- on 7/10/2018 for 2 years ie till 6/10/2020. Receipt No. 6624. Our RO is not working from 16/10/2019. I am calling their office but every time the lady at customer care desk says that the technician will come tomorrow or gives excuse that he is on leave. Once a technician visited and said one part has to be replaced which is covered in AMC but he has not turned up till today. It's a fraud company making fool of people and taking good amount against AMC. Pls I want my money Rs. 11500 to be refunded as soon as possible.

Lots of time every time they told that today technician will come from past 6 days i was register the complaint but they people are pathetic and don't know how to talk all employees are # monika pooja and mr prem who are manager even he don't when technician is coming i really don't understand why they running this centre fraud people

I have given amc for my kent ro on 26 9.2018 for 2 years w. E. F.26.9.2018 by depositing rs.10500 (Compaint no.27/13 membrane code c 6739) to apex sercice centre, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delgi _110092. As my ro is leaking, i made compaint on 20.11.2019 to send mechanic for repairs of ro. Since then i made several compaint till today but each time the receptionist gave assurance for sending mechanic. Today, she point blankly refused that neither mechanic will be sent nor money will be refunded. It appears that apex service centre, 3/133, lalita park is a fraud company and action is required to be taken against them and whole staff who are making all customer foolish. Apex services laxmi nagar is a fraud company. They issue amc but never come for service. They take 9200 from us for two year amc but we have got only two services. Always they make excuse like we will shortly come for service but they never come. So please take action against such people. One more important point is that when his technician has come to our place he said i have from kent ro service center.
