[Resolved] Apex Services India — fraudulent activities by company and its representatives | |||
Apex service center address lalita park, 3/133 laxmi nagar delhi-92. I have asked them for a change in ro membrane (Kent ro) (Though i have tried to contact kent customer care, but somehow i got redirected to them). The engineer visited my house on 18/03/2019 and changed the membrane and also informed that the motor of ro is not working properly and needs to be changed and convinced me for taking an annual maintenance contract (Amc) of 6500/-. I took the amc. As per the which, they have to make a mandatory service visit, also ro and motor replacement is covered under the same. After we took the amc the engineer went away saying he will come with the motor in some days. But even after 3-4 months, when he didn't turn up, we started calling them for replacement. Once the engineer came but with a motor of another model and went away mentioning that he will come with correct motor in 7-10 days. After some day i again called their center, to which another engineer turned up and mentioned that the motor is ok. I clearly mentioned him that we have taken amc only because we were told by another engineer that motor is faulty, so i need my motor to be changed anyway. He went away mentioning that i need to call the center if i have any issue. I called up the customer care but till date no action has been taken. Now i want them to change the motor as well as the membrane of the ro and if it is not possible, i want them to refund my money rs. 6500/- as they have not provided any services as promised and their engineers are all manipulative and fraud.
