I had submitted my application back in April, 2021 by paying approx 100300.00 INR, I appeared both for IELTS and CELPIP and scored 6.5 for which Apex said they would look into to the proceedings and help me.

Currently I got some medical issues as well for which I wanted to withdraw and I asked for refund as there was no much work done by Apex. no follow up nothing.

Now Apex asked me to further wait and they won’t be able to give any refund since this is voluntary withdrawal request.

This is fraud company and looting the money form people. these people will be behind you for money if you call them for any enquiry and once you pay the fees then they will not entertain you. They cheated me by taking fees from me without having profile evaluation report for me. Now I am asking for refund due to negative report but they are not ready to pay. Also there is no ethics and courage in VP sales to accept their mistake. how come they can take fees without having proper profile evaluation report.

I was dealing with sales person call Subhangi who used to call me number of times to pay for the consultancy fees and start the CANADA PR process without having profile evaluation report and when I asked for my report after paying part consultancy fees, then she started the working on that and that to she gave but and if report which was totally opposite to what we had discussed. when I tried to contact her for for my refund she did not bothered to answer my call. after long fight and argument the legal team get ready to pay part amount however, the VP sales of this company is declining the refund by transferring blame on me even after agreeing that Shubhangi (Apex sales person) has done the mistake.

This people are making money by looting people.

They are cheater and don't get trap in to it. I lost my hard earned money. hope this review will save someone from this trap.

Google should band/block this company from search engine and so that other people will not get into this trap.

Hi, I have done a huge amount of money to apex visa for immigration, but after they got the money they do not respond for my query visa email or through phone. For any status query, or regarding refund or any query i am not getting any response.

Hi, I had reached out to apex visa for tourist visa of Netherlands. Initially I had put my concerns that I will need visa before 15th April as I want to travel on 20th April. But the team did not take my case seriously. They initiated the process on 15th March though I had made the payment on 3rd March. And then they said they aren't getting appointment for VFS global and it's way to difficult to get visa before 20th April. They asked me to cancel my flight tickets which is non refundable. Though I had booked tickets after consulting them.
So, after i received disappoints from Apex visas in my case like wasn't getting responses on time after multiple follow ups and they weren't even trying to get the appointment.

I took the matter in my hands booked the appointment for myself after trying day and night. I already had prepared all my documents by myself. Apex Visa helped me to fill up the application form. That too when I went to VFS global they rejected it. Saying the isn't for Netherlands tourist visa but for Germany visa. So, i paid 2500 rs there to get the correct form filled.

So, ultimately I had just got one service from Apex Visa that too was wrong and didn't work for me and costed additional amount.

I am very much disappointed of this unprofessional behaviour and lack of knowledge. I am expecting the full refund of rs 8260 rs. As I did not get any service for the amount I paid.

They have not done any visa process till now and also they are not ready to give me refund

I applied for refund after one and a half year of contract as I did not receive any help on my case, only standard emails were sent to me mentioning some crs scores.
I am not happy with the service so I want mu money back. I was told while signing the contract that I am not interested, I can ask for refund. It is also stated in the agreement.
So I want my money refunded as soon as possible.

They have taken lakhs of rupees from me stating they will get the PErmanent resident if Canada for me and my children however they have not been doing b anything after taking the money. For few months they asked me spend more money in many things and now they say I need to wait until skills match and this dose they have been giving me from a long. I have asked for refund and since then they have stopped responding.. it’s a fraud company, I need my money back, plz help

Big time- Scammers. They will promise anything just to get the money from clients and then just forget about them. Won't even answer your emails or calls. You will remain stuck and can forget about your money.

Not refunding my money

This is to bring to your notice that the apex visas Vadodara branch
Asked me to apply for the Canadian express entry program
And told me to submit money 1, 00, 000 INR for their services.
After 6 months of the process due to corona pandemic, I am not interested in further process. so I have told them about refunding my money. this time they told me that I am not eligible for a refund please try after 2 years.I called today and got the mail that

"As per the Agreement of Services, if the client quits or withdraws from the process of his/her own accord, then it is termed as Voluntary Withdrawal and the same doesn’t attract any refund.
But still, I request you to check the agreement and advise us under which clause you want to claim for refund."
After Converasastion they say according to the agreement we don't have any refund policy

They accepted my profile even with less CRS score 365 and told me that 300 is enough to get PR. Profil is in pool for the last 2 years and no update when asked they are so irresponsible that they even not filed for provinces. I have asked for the refund and they stopped replying to my emails.

FAke fake and really fake. I was guided in a wrong way just to take money from me and then on they all left the organisations and wont pick up any calls instead they will send only emails and emails...very pathetic service they are waste and literally doenst know aything about the immigration services. Non reliable staff, they only upload your profile in free portals. IELTS 9 band is APEXVISAS mantra to waste applicant's time.

Unprofessional staff, VIKAS, JEEVAN are act as managers but they don't know basic process and how to manage team.

APEXVISAS always depend on YouTube videos uploaded by some other consultancies and fetch few information to discuss with you.

Most of their email ids are fake...

I have been chasing them for almost 6+ months now on refund due to Pandamic but everytime they mention that will revert in 48hrs which hardly happened and I have to chase them everytime, I have the entire chain mail sent to everyone including Leagal team with Apex..
Please need urgent help here.

They neither send me Germany nor refund my money

Not satisfied with their services. Dedicated case manager never sends any update on your profile, never follow-up, never respond to your queries.

My Canada PR application has not yet submitted despite numerous follow-ups with apex team. Sana (from feedback team) commits overtime however never responds appropriately to your queries or concerns. Getting realised now that apex is unprofessional or fraud and just want money by making fake commitments to the prospective applicant. Now that I have requested multiple times for refund more then 2 months back, however NO RESPONSE AS ALWAYS.

Please don't hire them as your immigration consultant, especially Delhi office.

Apex Visas has taken nearly 1.5 lakhs towards the Canadian visa and promised that they would file the visa. But they did not file it within the validity period even once also.
When I have asked them to refund the amount they are not responding at all.
Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded.

Apex Visa Took 82600 Amount From Me As Express Entry For Canada I Have Cancel My Plan On Going To Canada As My Husband Is Not Keeping Well Nobody Is Ready To Reply Someone Is Saying I Got Corona From Last One Month Etc Etc

I had applied twice for Canada and Australian Immigration. The services provided for Australia was very bad. and in canada my points were not so good to qaulify. They still insisted and enrolled me. I paid for full, and when I was not getting desired results I planned to quit but they lured me into Australia immigiration wth guarantee of money back if not placed within a year. But its one year, the services was equally bad and now when i see not way ahead and want refund, they have declined.
