It's been almost two months since I posted my complaint here about my request for y-axis to issue me a refund because of the change in my circumstances which made me reconsider my immigration plans. But they rejected my request even though I specifically told them that there has been a change in my situation.

I signed up for the immigration services and paid full service amount. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to postpone my immigration plans. I know I am not entitled for a full refund but I desperately need this money. When I tried reaching out for a solution I couldn't find any. Hi I have registered for UK JOBSEEKER VISA they chaarged me 50k for the services. They promised me that they have very good contacts in UK and they will market my profile and I will definitely get a job with in a month. But 3 months are passed but I didn't get alteast 1 interview call. Whenever I ask for the status they say it is happening in the backend....

I took a break for 3-4 months.
Now I want to resume but no one is responding.
They are always busy. Its a call center of frauds. I was not willing to join as they are available on call only.
No body is responding on whatsapp. Sales guy who sold me Immigration plan has suddenly disappeared. Senior manager told me he'll see my case....

We have been in contact with y axis for than 8 months.
Mr. Vishal Kochrekar has been our point of contact since then.
In may we decided to take y axis as consultant for Australian visa.
Mr Vishal suggested that from 5 june some senior officer is taking case files so you should make payment early.
