Yesterday I booked a slot with APOLLO Diagnostic for home sample at 11 am I have given blood samples for HCG test and paid 870 Rs for home collection of samples. They said it will take 24 hrs but now it's more than 24 hrs and even customer care person is talking carelessly

Extremely disappointed with the kind of experience at a place where doctors are supposed to be focused on saving lives than minting money. Visited the e-city clinic for an appointment with the general physician on duty on Friday, March 18th, 2022.

I have a lump on my forearm without any injury or infection and wanted to get it checked. The lady who was the general physician on duty made me take a seat and without even examining the lump or asking about symptoms or any medical history (which is important because I do have a family history of sarcoidosis) just wrote me a prescription of an antibiotic.
When I insisted on a reason for her 5-minute diagnosis without an examination, she just said, "oh, it's a very common skin infection. I know what I'm doing. Don't ask questions, just take the medicine" and just ushered me out of the cabin.

I paid Rs.700 as her consultation fee + close to Rs.500 for unrequired medicines and a wrong diagnosis. Is this how doctors are appointed at reputed places now?

Well, guess what. I went for a second opinion because I knew this wasn't a skin infection as this so-called "educated doctor" claimed as there was no pain, discolouration or other symptoms and an actual doctor did a complete examination, x-ray, ultrasound and determined that I have a lipoma that needs extraction. They will be examining it to ensure that it's not cancerous or in fact the beginning of sarcoidosis.

I wonder how many people have been misdiagnosed by the Apollo physician. For all I know, someone would have visited with chest pain and a heart attack and she would have written them an antacid saying "it's just very bad acidity"

Today I had appointment with Dr Bhaduri ( Endocrinologist) at Apollo Clinics, Newtown, Kolkata. Appointment time was 4:30 PM and staff at reception asked me to come by 4:00 PM. Accordingly I reported to the clinic. Till 5:10 PM, doctor did not reached. I asked the staff at reception, if there is delay in schedule time, the same could be communicated thro SMS / WhatsApp or telephone call. Concerned staff at reception started giving advice to me to talk with doctor when he will arrive. Everyone has value for their own time and Apollo Hospital must consider this with utmost priority.
Yesterday also I met Neurologist here and I had similar kind of bad experiences of your staff in reception, for which I gave feedback in writing.
What I perceive that your staff need interpersonal training and behavioural training, else the name of Apollo will be maligned.
Hope my feedback will be taken in right spirit and proper action will be taken.

Due for operation, doctor to see reports this afternoon 4:30 p.m. PT/INR and APTT/PTTK reports, fully paid for, are yet to be received. Repeated calls to Apollo Clinic Salt Lake Kolkata evokes no response.
We will NEVER have tests done at Apollo again.

Apollo clinic Anwar Shah road branch. The stuff behavior are very much unprofessional. They are not listening properly while enroll our name for any doctor appointment. Not properly mention the name. Listen half of the sentence and cut the call.
Stuff need some grooming how to talk and behave.

I Naresh vanka had given my samples at apollo clinic at seetamma peta vizag and taken money 13500 rs.
I submitted which was given by my company medical format and list of tests. And they did but in that they missed some tests which i known from company.
Why the people of apollo clinic at seetampeta, vizag doing like this.
I am requesting you personally pls do the needful and take an action as soon as possible.

I gave sample for COVID-19 RT PCR on Friday, 21 Jan 2022.

I was informed that result will be available in 48 hours and Apollo 24/7 app shows it would be available by Sun 23 Jan 2:30 PM.

I made repeated call to customer care yesterday and today to get the reports. Each time they informed in 2 hours it would be done. I have spend more than 3 hours talking to them, asking to provide a correct time when they can provide reports. I have not received it yet.
Do I need to repeat the test with another lab?
Please just let me know, if you cannot provide same.

I had given my home sample for rt pcr test on 10th of july at around 3:44pm to be precise, stating clearly that i require it on 11th of july anyhow as i have flight at 3am the very next day! And i was given the assurance that it will be sent on time. After constantly nagging them, I was told that i will recieve it before 9:30am on 12th . But unfortunately I didn't recieve it on time, and even after constantly contacting them and letting them know the gravity of the situation, the staff was not at all responsive and cooperative. Hence, due to the system and staff incompetency and ignorance i missed my flight on 12th of july which is not at all acceptable, the money spent on my ticket all went down the drain just because of the inconvienience caused by your department and staff. Hence I NEED A FULL REFUND OF THE FEE CHARGED FOR TEST WHICH WAS RS. 750 & ALSO FULL COMPENSATION FOR THE TICKET PRICE WHICH WAS FOR RS. 12, 562 ( bglr-ktm, nepal) !!!

This is regards to your clinic in Ballygunge Kolkata. I have called the number provided for reports and yet the lady attending the phone was least helpful. My call was hung up many a times. I had only one question that it's been more than 48 hours and when can I receive my COVID test.

You are a brand and your customer service is pathetic. You sent me feedback message whether I will recommend your services and I mentioned never, yet there was no call from your end to know the issue.

I got vaccinated ny daughter age 18 on 03/01/2022 from your Thakurpukur Branch Kolkata. Name Biyas Hui. I repeatedly contacted with Br authorities as also your WA help line but nobody help me till now. My only queries was I want to know the manufacturing and expiry date of the dose as given to my daughter. Batch no as shown in certificate is 37121015A.pl provide it.

They are not accepting any mode of digital payment for doctor's appointment.

I am resident of yellandu(Bhadradri). Here in apollo pharmacy staff are not at all responding to the medicines which we are asking then and moreover they are very arrogant in nature

It’s one of the worst experience I had, I pity all those who had opted Apollo Clinic Koramangala as there CENTER for their annual Health checkup .
The CENTER Head is such a sense less person that he cares damn ### to the CUSTOMER Service .
Such people should not be entertained in any service Industries.

Mr. Ajay, who was the CENTER Head, was questioned by us ( Those who had come for their Annual Health Checkup), that we had come there by 8:30 am as per the time slot provided by them.
But, it was till 12 :15 pm, we had just finished our Pre Fasting blood, ECG and Eye testing, post our breakfast, our files were collected and for Ultra sound and other tests, we could see they were giving importance and prominence only too there walk-in or there direct patients rather than the Annual Health Check up . Our questioning was treated as if we have come for a free service . He was so ruthless to say that, if you can’t wait, you can leave. He says they are priority as the have got confirmed appointment, then what have we got from you, is it not an appointment . Is it a free service .

I need you people to take up at right level and revert back, I would raise this on public FORUMs, and institutions that such institutions to be banned.

Apolo Akankha, Newtown Action Area 2 C, staffs are highly I'll behaved they take customers prescription as a loose paper chit and over the delivery they always deny with either lame excuse or white collar lies, sometimes they will even deny for a pediatric medicine also, we are literally disgusted and fade up with APOLLO PHARMACY.

The PCR test was done on Sunday 14 November 2021, 48 hours time is required and there is report yet. The travel date is 16th November 2021. This is ridiculous

Order a medicine they not deliver it more than one hour.so we cancelled the order

I would like to inform that we have done a NIPT test at Barasat Apollo Clinic (1317, Krishnanagar Road, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700126) but unfortunately we have not received a complete test report. Please note that they have no test facility of their own and they sent our test sample to Medgenome and provided us with only one page summary. They mentioned in the summary of their report "full report sent by mail" but have not yet provided. They have charged INR 12000.00 for this test and we do not expect such casual reports. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and help to obtain a complete report of what they have received from Medgenome.

As on 09.10.2021, I have given my blood samples for glucose testing and on 10. 10. 2021 I got a call from the clinic to again submit the sample. After few hours I again got a call from the clinic and they said new sample is not necessary there is some misunderstanding. Further, I got my reports on 12.10. 2021. As on 18.10.2021, I consulted with my doctor and after going through the report the doctor said that the report is false because the glucose testing was done 4 times on same date and the details are at 9: 30 am before breakfast 12:10 pm after breakfast, 3:40 pm after lunch and 9:05 pm after dinner but in report the reading of Glucose pp is same in both report and the timing of sample is also mismatched. Due to this type of irresponsible management my previous 15 days treatment is already hampered. The very same day I again reached the clinic and explain my situations about the report but the receptionist has taken this very casually and said that “ the test was not done by me it is done at the lab and if there is any irregularities found in the report then you have to provide another sample” .Receptionist also told me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes and he will confirm from the lab, approx one and half hour has been passed and he has not given any proper justification regarding the same. After few hours he told that the sample dated 9.10.2021 is preserved at lab and they will give me another report on 19.10.2021. Now please take suitable action regarding such a irresponsible approach and I have already wasted money, time and most importantly my health. So, I request you to please refund my amount because I will never trust such reports because the sample dated 09. 10. 2021 will not provide the accurate position. I gave my sample for Intrinsic factor test on 28th September 2021.

First they told me the report will be ready by two days. After calling multiple times they asked me to come after a week. When i called after a week they ask me come next day.

On the next day whenever I call they asked me call after an hour. I wasted my entire just in calling then and asking for the report.

My report is not yet ready. They have charged me around 3000 for the test.

I need my refund. Attaching bill to the complain.

Asked to include the passport number but didn’t do so. Today is my flight tell me what will I do. Take necessary actions. Promised to do so but now not even receiving the call
