I have done a CBCT - One Quadrant testing done on[protected]. My UHID No is F.NEW.[protected]. I have visited four times to the Clinic to collect my reports, however every time i went there they said the report has not been generated. They took my Cell number and address and told me they will courier me the report. However I have not received any reports yet.

Apollo Clinic Barrackpore is just a pathetic diagnostic centre with the cosmetic brand name of Apollo. The reception stuffs and the booking persons are very rude, arrogant and absolutely dishonest. They just want to loot the money from the patient party who are in a difficult situation. They called and booked my appointment for testing of NT PROBNP saying the cost is 3000 on Saturday evening and next day when I went with with my father for testing they said the rate has changed in the system and I have to pay 4500. How come rate changes in the system overnight. Also, the behaviour of front desk stuffs and very very disappointing as neither they have knowledge nor courtesy towards customers. They have been trained and paid to loot the patient party. #apolloclinc should take action against them and train them to be professional... Overall don't go by brand name and get service from somewhere else instead of giving high charges seeing the brand name of Apollo. It's a simply pathetic and disgusting...

I, Sudeep Kumar Bhattacharya aged 65 years and my wife Shraboni Bhattacharya got 2nd dose of Covishield at your subject location on 02/07/2021 at 13:50 hours. Following
discripancies observed-
1) No physical distancing maintained
2) Everything was done in a hurry
3) As soon as we entered after necessary payment, we found the personnel standing with syringe with whatever inside we didn't know and the same was administered to us.
4) We even could not be allowed to know whether the syringes used were new or not. Also we didn't know about the content in the syringe. Only after enquiry we were told that it was Covishield, as no foil was shown to us.
5) Instead of asking us to wait for half an hour to see the adverse reactions if any and also as per standard protocol, it was being continuously announced that those vacinated should immediately leave the premises.
Please arrange to investigate the matter with due importance, I have already submitted my feedback to the G.O.I through their feedback portal.
After making the necessary payment and as a senior citizen, we are entitled to know the about the content being administered to us, quantity being pushed and the respective batch numbers with expiry date !

Myself, got my second dose of covaxin from saltlake newtown Kolkata on 27th June 2021. I was informed that there is some issue related to my validation though I have pre-booked the appointment in cowin app from 11 AM-12 PM slot.But however, I was assured that SMS will be received within 2 days maximum. I went ahead & took my second dose.However till date no SMS is sent to my registered mobile number.

I have called the provided number. After multiple attempts, it got connected & I was given another number ([protected]) to send my receipts via whatsapp. However, even after 24 hrs my message is not delivered to that number & while calling it says unavailable.
However, again we could connect to the customer service & got assurance that SMS will come but no luck yet.

This is with immense displeasure, I am writing this to you. Hope the needful will be done at the earliest.

Today I had visited Apollo clinic at Indiranagar, Bangalore with my mother.
For me Annual medical by company and paid for mother 5900/- for master health checkup.

Positive Observations: ECG technician, Blood collect Technician, ENT & Gynecologist done their job very good.

Areas to be improved:

1) No friendly nature of team.

2) They already knows that there problem with ultrasound testing prior to I paid amount. After paying amount only they reveal that need to come other day for ultra sound testing. After that we came to know that, not working the same yesterday also.

3) No guidance was there what next after each test until unless repeat followup.

4) Not provided bill, after so many followups only they said like will share to mail after

5) No punctuality of staff. I did wait 1.5hr for at Echo test room even i am first person for that test.

5) I will raise raise a issue with my organization to not recommend Apollo for employee health checkups

I had taken my second dose of covishield from apollo clinic Ganesh talkies on 30.4.21 which is still showing due on the cowin app. Instead of repeated reminders and calls they are not updating the same . It is really a big harassment for a senior citizen like me.
Highly unexpected from a reputed brand like Apollo from whom you expect professionalism.
Really disappointed.

I am registering a complaint against Apollo clinic, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. Yesterday vaccination slots for covishield showed up in cowin website. I booked it. Today I went there to get vaccinated. To my dismay, there was no vaccination going on. They said they were sorry but no vaccines were available. I want to know that why did they put up slots on cowin if they didn't have any slots? This is complete harassment of the common public like us. They cannot even inform us beforehand that slots aren't there. We have to travel far and face disappointment. Vaccination is a basic necessity. Please don't allow such horrible centers to carry out such an important job.

I had received my first dose of COVID19 vaccine COVAXIN on 11/04/2021 along with my wife at Apollo CLINIC Vivekananda Road. However we have not received any SMS from the Government proving that we have received the first dose.From what I understand our names have not been updated in the Govt records as been vaccinated.We had provided my mobile number [protected] to the clinic .Upon repeated calls to the clinic I was told that our record will be updated after receiving 2nd dose, I was told the same when I visited the clinic personally by the reception staff.Now that I am contacting Apollo clinic I am being told that I have to receive my second vaccine from a Government facility and the Government facility is saying that they can do nothing unless we have the SMS proof .Even though I have the receipt provided by Apollo that is not treated as being valid proof.Please advise me as to what is to be done as it is a matter of life and death.

My blood test for creatinine, D Dimer, CRP and CBC were done on 27 . 05. 21 at Apollo Clicnic, Barrackpore, Nona chandanpukur. But I did not get my report till now on 01. 06 . 21.When i visit to get my report they tell me that network is not available. I visit three times they repeat the same execuse. I was a covid 19 patient . These tests were very important for me. This clicnic has not been respinding on phone call

My name is nikhil shah on 29/05/2021, I had a appointment for vaccination and i went on time and got vaccinated, but still it's not been updated on arogya setu I couldn't find my 1st dose vaccination certificate in the app.kindly do the needful update of Covid-19 vaccine certificate as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am 64 yrs old and have taken my 2nd dose of COVIDSHIELD alongwith my wife on 27th April 2021a t Apollo Clinic, Vivekanananda Rd, Kolkata-700006. Since last 10 days I am calling but no phones are answered and no e mail reply received.
The complaint is that on Govt Website it showing my 2nd dose is due whereas my 1st dose was taken on 10th March 2021. They have my registered mobile no.[protected] and I have paid Rs.250 each for both. My Wife 's certificate is reflected but mine is showing as 2nd DOSE is due. I have payment slip and I am shocked with kind of callousness and careless of this Clinic. I have taken the dose but how this has happened. I like you to look into the mattercasap.

This is for Apollo clinic Newtown DLF Galleria, kolkata, I am trying to book an RT PCR test and the number which is given from Apollo DLF Galleria is [protected] but no one respond to call or message even the DLF Galleria number for booking no one is responding on time, people are not bother about customer service, Worse experince as a customer, lot of time i have visited this place, Biggest concenrn is you have 3 counter for taking payment out of that one you have made for report delivery, why can't you have separate counter for report and that too away from main counter, Once we paid the bill there is no system driven tracking mechanism as i went to ultra sound and there we need to handover our bill copy than only your Que start, Why there is no auto system why a patient need to run here and there for everthing

I am a loyal customer for the Brand APOLLO for its swiftness, perfection in tests and reports and cleanliness and professionalism.

Its regretful to inform that we never get report in time for last 2 years.Its not only the COVID pressure but it is setting into Your system.

It is so painful to express here that when we try to inform people to your center they show such poor ignorance that we feel as if we are begging.

We usually visit your Newtown Clinic in Kolkata.

Please take this a serious complaint which may cause collapse to such a great organisation as the loyalty shifting would not take much time on service issues.

I visited Dr Rupa Sharan Ganguly in your Newtown clinic on 10th Apr 2021. Doctor advised us to get few tests done. We did all the test and booked our follow up appointment for 17th April (within 7 days). On 17th April my appointment was cancelled at the last moment through a SMS stating that Doctor will not come. I was given a appointment for 24th April. I visited your Newtown clinic again on 24th Apr and they charged me Rs. 800 as full consultation fees.
The reason they gave me that since I was visiting after 14 days I need to pay full fees even for showing reports.

This is an act of shame and cheating with patients. As you can see above I did not delay my second visit rather your clinic delayed it and then they charged me 100% fees.

This is a shame for Apollo clinic and I will never ever visit or recommend your service to anyone.

Today when we reached your Concern clinic simply refused & ignore.
This is not acceptable from Apollo Group.

Please confirm me that your velour dispenser machine which I purchased from your Paris para Shakherbazar last 16th April 2021, I would request you please replace the machine immediately or I will lodge in consumer court against sufficient documents in hand.

The complaint ia regarding the apollo medical clinic for charging high amount on Consultation and the doctor prescription which is not worth as the problem increased day by day taking the described medication, also its difficult to find the medicine suggested by Doctor.
The clinic address is 673/A, Shriram Samruddhi Apartments, Varthur Road, Near Kundalahalli Signal, Whitefield, BEML Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.

Here i won't mention the doctors name but i seriously want to complaint against the doctor and apollo centre for charging high amount on every particular visit. The numbers provided in the medical note is also wrong numbers for fooling patients.
