I have been selected Apollo Clinic JP Nagar for my Annual Health Check up provided my organization. I have undergone all the tests which was application for my package and received reports. After taking that reports I went for doctor consultation Dr. Lekshmi Narendran, General Physician. In my reports I have observed few things abnormal which I am looking for the doctor to clarify. But she is not in a position to listen the patient problem and simply saying all the reports looks good. As a patient we expect the doctor to clarify the queries by listening to the patients problems. Within 2 min she told I have other patients to look and started shouting which is unacceptable. Are they providing free service in Clinic? I need this issue to be escalated so that in future she will not behave like this with any patients. RMP doctor in a small clinic is better than this docor.

It's been 1 houre since I am waiting for covid test. No response or no one is at the place. On a major hospital in the Nellore. It's on Monday 12 pm and people are waiting for covid test. Stuck with out chair or fan .

I booked a teleconsultation with Urologist on 3rd of Feb 2021 and they asked me to make the payment post which Doctor will call me, so I made the payment. But Then at 2:30 PM when the doctor was suppose to call, the Doctor did not turn up and I got a call from the staff saying that Doctor is not well today so they are postponing the appointment for tomorrow. I agreed. Next day the same thing happened the doctor did not turn up and the staff told that doctor is not well so they are postponing the appointment for tommorow that is 5 feb 2021 at 2: 30 PM . Today again at 2: 30 PM doctor has not turned up and they are not even responding to my email . On call the staff who picked up the phone was looking new and did not know what to do . I asked him to cancel my appointment and refund my money for which he said he will check with his staff

I am totally diappointed with Appollo for such a shabby service and will recommend not to for Apollo . Go for Doctors where service first and payment later

I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the service I got from your Barrackpore clinic on today.As per information I received from web closing time of that clinic is 0900 pm when I reached at 2025 I found the shutter of entrance is down and staff s are chitt chatting .when I knocked initially no body entertained after few minutes security staff pulled the shutter and said clinic is closed and when I asked for closing time one of your staff said 0830pm.when i said for is closed at 0825one lady sitting in reception roughly said" 0830 mane 0830 abdhi service debo na ki, apni kal asun", now I want to know
1.actual closing time of the clinic
2.good services which we are generally received from your organization till now, are stopped no a days.
There were few more persons are also present at that time to get reports which are very much essential for follow up action I hope necessary action may be taken so that we will get your renowned health care service again in future

I had an appointment on 16.11.2020 9:30 hrs. I reached on time but wait till 11 AM for USG test of my wife.
My wife health was not good and suffered a lot.
I strongly oppose and complain for such system
Clinic may may intimate separate time for everybody.

This is informed to you that I am continued treatment from your network applo clinic balasore from Dr.kanhucharan Das but we observed Dr kc das recomend diognocis like endoscopy, thiroid again & again with in 2months from your designated diagnostic center only.

Today we found rate also hike in particular test which is we pay 2month later rs 1300/ but now new rate charged Rs1700/.

I request you to please look into the matter & take action against conflict doctor & CONCERN person.

If it is not solve I will give all the evidence to media & take complain against your doctor & organization.

I conducted a test for sugar where my fasting came 99 n pp came 75 whereas as per my doctor it should be opposite. I do not take medication for diabetes too then how can such a report come.

One of the worst clinics in barrackpore. Whenever i will call your clinic the number is out of network coverage area. Is it the matter of joke or what. If this kind of nuisance behavior continues then shut down your business. Simply you guys are just hopeless. Not even this i will escalate this matter to your higher authority.

I had visited apollo clinic for pre - surgery tests. I was happy to receive the test results online by whatsapp. But to my utter shock they did not provide my ecg test results online. Why provide partial results?
I had contacted the clinic over phone but they did not help.
I had contacted customer care but they seemed not interested in helping.
Never going to visit apollo clinic again.

One of your emploee from your bansdroni kolkata 700040 west bengal unit is constantly using your branded plastic bags for her own purposes and dumping these bags in her house.

Taking into consideration today's situation she is spreading infections through these bags which is very dangerous.

She is getting these bags from your clinic which can be infectious and can spread infections to others as she is using these bags for her personal work like dumping groceries, vegetables and other personal stuffs.

On a ethical ground please take action against her.

Worst hospital, , it’s a corporate loot. No proper diagnosis, they only know how to make money. The doctors are pathetic. This was made to make money and not for treating people

Nowadays the corona virus is spreading all over the world. To prevent this using a hand sanitizer is the only basic thing a normal people can do atleast. But now all are the companies are doubled and trippled the hand sanitizer's cost. I bought a hand sanitizer which has an mrp amount of 60rs at 210rs and they didn't provide bill also. Not only the apollo clinic all hand sanitizer producing companies are doing the same thing. Please take a severe action on the companies to reduce the hand sanitizer's price to help the people and the nation

I swiped my debit card but receiptionist asked me to swipe once again even after money was bedited from account saying that first transaction will reversed. Now amount debited two times. Receiptionist told one transaction will be refunded but till now it has not happened. My receipt number is cbelrca211484. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I cantacted the clinic but i am not getting any response.

My 2 year old son had 2 stapler stitches before that needed to be removed. We went for JUST REMOVAL of those 2 stitches. They charged us Rs 1500.
500 Rs for consultation and 1000 Rs for surgery costs as they called surgeon because the physician couldn't cut the stapler stitches. I can attach the bill. This will hardly cost Rs 500 overall, even in reputed hospitals.
So the general physician charged500 Rs but couldn't do anything. The surgeon then worked for one minute and charged Rs 1000.
This is looting people in the name of medicine.
Please take this seriously as it's for a two year old kid. Because parents are ready to pay anything for the safety of children, they are stooping to unimaginable levels.

On 19 dec 2019 i have booked my appointment for bthcg for home collection but i needed the report by 3 pm which i already conveyed while giving the blood sample and they confirmed they will give the report but they delayed the report and when i called on the given mobile number by them no one answered the ph for 2 hrs and this was really trouble some later my doctor requested to add progestrone to same sample the lab confirmed it can be done but the clinic told me that first i have to prepay for the test and then only they will ask lab to proced and i work far off i had to ask my freind to send her staff and get the payment done in cash as you guys dont accept online transfer and they told me report will be given next day evening and when i went collect the report again the report was not ready and apollo just lied to me and pathetic service false commitment. I will make a complaint in consumer forum also

This is to bring to your immediate notice and attention again that a transaction of rs.1000/- as doctor consultation fee of dr. Kasturi bhaumik for my patient mrs. Srinjana biswas ([protected]) done on 12th oct, 2019 at 4:03 pm at your salt lake clinic vide my indusind credit card number 4412 xxxx xxxx 2002 failed due to a callous power failure of your pos.
Since, i had already typed in my pin, indusind approved of the same but on power restoration of your pos, you denied and supplied me with the failed transaction slip (Please find attached your pos trnx failed slip).
Then i had to pay the same amount of rs.1000/- for the same purpose vide my kotak credit card as you may see from the other attached slip and your receipt, after clear and repeated assurance from your so called floor manager who committed not to claim the failed transaction on indusind card. Please note that she took a copy of the failed transaction slip so that no mistake is done in doubly charging me. I had already sent an email to you and indusind bank regarding the same, then and there.
To my utter disappointment and surprise, you have charged me the failed transaction as seen from my bank statement failing any whatsoever commitment from your side.
Having said that, please take immediate action on your side and refund the money asap, and kindly revert to me at the earliest. This is to avoid raising transaction dispute as suggested by my bank by 26th oct 2019 or any other further action on my side pursuing the matter.

Every single day they used to make me wait for hours for the consultation and they never deliver the report on time and again waste of hours time. They behave like it is pretty normal case. This is happening again and again. Yesterday i have done a hba1c on an urgent basis, as i had to meet doctor at 11:30am. They told me that reports will be available by that time and they given me appointment today 11:30 slot. I came on time, upon enquiring i found that report is not ready yet. As a result of that i have to wait till 12pm. Do they really think that it’s possible for a private company employees are having that much of time? If so then why they are faking it by giving false slot timing and false promises?

I went to your gorakhpur apollo clinic for hiv, vdrl, hbs. Ag, tb tyyphoid, stool, urine and x-ray test i have given printed sheet and also sent email to them where all detailed are mentioned about the test, they charge the amount and they took 2 test tube blood, urine and stool, receptionist told me collect your report at 4pm. At mention time i have collected my report and show it to one of your dr (Md physician) and came at my home. At night 7pm i have started checking my all report, i have seen my tb tyyphoid repost is missing then i have called to clinic manager he said we forget to do the test and come tomorrow again give your blood so we do the test. I want to ask do you guy's think my blood is water 💦, for 3 test, 3 tube blood. Who will cover my waste time? Also i did stool test where need to check following (Salmonella, typhi and parathyphi) but these things are not mention in the report. Stool test repot i have attached with folder please have a look

I just wanted to highlight on the consultation charges charged by Apollo clinic just to show the blood report which is prescribed by their clinic doctor.

I have visited your Apollo, Marathalli clinic on 7th Sep and consulted Doc Mr. Shekar S in medicine, I was suffering from fever so he prescribed me some medicines but since I was not feeling well again I visited on 10th Sep to doc Shekar again and he suggested to do some blood tests. I have done the blood test at your same Marathalli clinic on 10th Sep, your lab person said that report will only be available on next day that is 11 th Sep.

So when I visited on 11 th Sep again to collect the blood report and show the same report to doctor your clinic receptionist guys asked to pay Rs 500 as consultation charges, how come just to show the blood report called as consultation charges?? Is this how Apollo is charging ? ?

How come this is a policy of Apollo and till what extent it's beneficial to any patient. Just to show blood report one has to pay full consultation charge, this is not what I was expecting from Apollo.

Even your customer care guy Mr. Sunil said this is how the policy works and this is standard consultation charges work and patient has to pay as per Doctor and as per clinic policy just pay and pay and pay... till the patient dies.

Even if this is your policy why there is a delay of 1 day in giving blood report, I could have showed the blood report on the same day without any of your stupid charges. First pay consultation charge and then do blood test for another Rs 800 and over and above to show report again pay Rs 500. Just to show report pay full charge, stupid logic.

I wanted to escalate this as much as possible and will share this feedback with everyone. Please revert.
