My baby born on 19th dec'18. On the day of discharge 22nd dec they said my baby has jaundice and needs phototherapy. Phototherapy given from 22nd dec night tiil the next day but till 23rd evening they are trying to take blood sample from my baby to test bilrumin level. They tried many times but they didn't get. Becoz of this i forced them to discharge both o[censored]s. Even blood group type of my baby also not checked till our discharge. Very worst service of paediatrician

As on dt 14/11/18 i had taken an appointment in apollo clinic gorakhpur, for the consulting the dr. For which 17/12/2018 dt has alloted and as patient not due to health problem forget to brought her appointment slip as all others details such as mobile no is with the patient, but here your clinic of gorakhpur is charging extra charge of rs-50/ for just a simple printout.
When asked to show the written treems and condition of company where company is asking for same charge they have no ans and started misbehaving with patient. The money taken by them on the name of second copy and not provided any gst bill. This type of cheating is very shameful and dissapointing. Clinic is the place where patient reach due to there health problems, cheating with them is not tolerable..
Requesting you to take needful action or else we have to take the same.

I sri prabina kumar mohanty gave my blood sample for test on 27.10.2018 at faridabad apollo clinc.
Sri ankit had told me that, once report will be ready, he will mail me the same.
After continuous follow up, there is no response.
I have already amde payment vide cash bill no. Cfar-ocs-4847 dtd.27.10.2018.

Apollo clinic, barasat where i had gone for health check-up. I have undergone tests and doctor check up. A prescription has been provided with immediate medicines that need to be taken. But citing no reason, the apollo clinic has been refraining from giving me the test reports as well as the prescription. The situation stands at, i donot have the test reports, donot know what my condition is and moreover, i am not able to buy the medicines which i was told by the doctor, are critical and related to cholesterol and liver ailments. So i foresee a health risk here as due to the policies not disclosed by the clinic, i have not been given the reports and prescription and cannot buy medicines.

I am regularly done my routine last 3-4years check up in apollo clinic ulubari, ghy. But staff behaviour is very rude and everything is unorganised. Doctors are not coming timely and main and most important thing is reciptist and supporting staff behaviour is very rude every time.
Imidiately resolve the the issue. I have very unsatisfied with appllo clinic ulubari.

I brought my wife for health check up for HDFC life pre medical check up requirement to Velachery clinic, So crowded and no chairs to get seated and no courtesy extended by any of your staff at least to senior citizens .
It took more than 30 minutes after giving the filled in form to call us for registration . Then we went for blood test -- iy happened without any complaint
But no one guided us about the tread mill test -- Wife was waiting without having break fast ( diabetic ) -- Then shouted at reception-- then only they arranged the tread mill -- By the time we went for breakfast was at 12 noon
We came back and seen the doctor-- Doctor was slightly criticizing my wife for not knowing the medicines she was taking

Over all it was extremely a very bad experience

I m kushaal mahajan from amritsar. I m regular customer in apolo clinic at ganga building putlighar amritsar. Last night dated 27.06.2018 i m going to buy an injection but staff was not interested to entertain me. Don't know why. I m shocked. I told to another staff then he said there is a heavy rush. But when i saw which customers are comes in clinic after i entering and the staff deals first them. I m very sad about this that how the staff is ignore me. But why they ignore me don't know why.

In barasat apollo clinic - staffs are very bad, impolite, totally wasting of time, in doctor's room always a lady had appeared, there is no privacy, it is important for some dieses, it was very pathetic service, they were behaved like a animal, receptionists are provide poor service, they do not know time value, please reject or ignore barasat apollo clinic opposite of fire brigade.

My name is suryaprakash rai, i have done my pre medical checkup on 19 may 2018 and now it's 09 june 2018 it's around 21 days and my report is still pending.
They are giving date after dates and so filthy behaviour. I have never seen such pathetic service. They are so irresponsible for there duty.
Because of there delay my offer letter is pending.

Went for full body check up for my mother on 5th may 2018. Before going to clinic and before making the payment, verified with the receptionist "laxmi" whether all the tests could be conducted today itself and she said yes. But after doing the payment another receptionist said that currently ophthalmologist doc is on holiday for another 4 days and they don't have any dietician in their clinic so they will not do it. But when i asked them to return the amount they charged for these 2, they refused and asked me to talk to their manager, dr ritu chaudhary. After listening to our case she did the diet counselling and requested us to visit on another day post 9th may 2018 for ophthalmologist. I called to book my appointment on 12th may and on this receptionist said i can walk-in anytime between 10:30 - 12:30. But when i reached there @ 12, receptionist said ophthalmologist had already left for the day.

For pap smear, after inserting speculum gynaecologist was searching for her nurse to give her tool to collect sample

Today i went at applo bansdroni clinic for a doctor visit of my wife. I went there with my bike.. There is no parking board in the gate of the clinic showing no parking inside.. There is also no parking in front of the gate also, that i came to know after kolkata traffic police fined me 200 rupees for that.
I meet in charge of bansdroni clinic mr sourav panda, as per him applo clinic have no responsibility of parking.. It means what ever the condition of patient they have to biyer the fine for parking at non parking zone and then do the treatment at the applo clinic at bansdroni..
I think it's sharenegligence of applo clinic towards the service and convenience towards the patients.. I want my money back. Pdn on urgent basis and revert me the same.

For the same test like nt scan and double marker test i inquired in apollo clinic kormangla and kundalahalli and rate was differ from 2000/- for both test whereas in kormangla over all they told me 5200/- approx and in kundanahalli they told me 3600/- approx, when i asked why then they started its new rate and i have complaint about this also in head office hyderabad by phone to customer support. I am not sure what they are going to do.

Enquired package for health checkup on 10th nov 2017 at 7 pm and i was told 4380 and when i go over there on 11th nov 2017 the front office said there is a increase and i need to pay 300 rs more. They have accepted that they have not updated prices in system and hence i need to pay. Is that right? If i were in ur front office position i will bear from my pocket. Hence i did not got check up at ur clinic at apollo nizampet hyd and u lost a customer

I had taken an appointment with paediatrics on 17th august 11-30am at jpnagar 7th phase clinic. I did call them and confirmed about this visit n the staff said doc would come to clinic once we are here. I was there in clinic with my sick son at 11-40am n waited for 40 mins. To my surprise staff balakrishnan lied bluntly saying that doc waited till 11-45 n left. Such an unprofessional staff who sensnsely lie when am there n clinic on time. These staff are unfit to run clinic and that's why i see the clinic empty most of the time. Please ensure this is not done to others who come in sick n had to bare this inconvenience n negligent staff. Hope less apollo clinic jpnagar. Shame on you.

On 30th july 2017 i jayeeta roy given blood for lft & vitamin d3 test, they told us you collect your report after five days. Till now after so many follow up they don't give me any answar about that report.

Dear sir/madam,
I submitted two urin sample for routine and uril culture on 3rd july in apollo clinic marathalli branch bengaluru.
I got the routine report on 4th july and i showed it to my doctor. I was told on same day that it will take three more days for urin culture report to come.

I went to apollo clinic on saturday 8th jul 2017 at aroun 2-2.30pm. There first i was told whether i have submitted only one or two sample. Then they checked their own record which shows that i have submitted two sample.

After around 1 and half hour of interogation and alligation on one another apollo staff came to the conclusion that my daughters urn sample was compromised/missed by transportation / logistics guys.

They were ready to pay back my fee for the urin test.

I left from there without taking any thing because i wanted a rca for the same in written from the managment for this ignorence. He promissed me that i will get a rca by monday 10 jul 2017.

After leaving from their i got a call from apollo saying they got my daughters report and its negative their is no formation in urin culture. I asked how they got this so they said during transportation the bar code got missed or removed from the sample so they were not having any traces or the report but they prepare the report in lab for that sample.

Now my questions are...
Why (How) bar code can be missed (I don't even see 1% of possibility of that)?
If bar code was missed how do you know its my daughters sample?
If above two are true why are you trying to make me fool?
If you are trying this to cover this up you are doing a big mistake?

I want a full rca and a closure report on this or i will go to police to file a report for 420 for misleading your patient.

I went because my wife accidentally cut her hands... They used an incorrect thread to stich leaving a bug mark. Since they did not have dissolving stich they put a non disolvalable one and that too a very thick one.

We were asked to come after 10 days to remove stich and guess what we were asked to pay a consultation fee for the same doc... It was hilarious... The doctor put a stich and charged consulting and procedure charges and wants consulting charges again to remove it?

This is daylight robbery

I had a horrific experience from electronic city apollo clinic. I had gone there to do pregnancy related tests for my wife on 5th june 2017 early morning. Tests costs over 3k and they promised the report by next day evening to be sent to my e-mail id. However on 6th june till evening i didn't receive any reports. Since i had a doctors appointment in a different hospital on 7th june i badly wanted the report by 6th evening. Since i work at itpl it was not practical for me to go to electronic city clinic and collect the report before the closure of the clinic.

I tried calling the staff, and they said i can download the report from site. However the user name provided was not working. Then they again promised to send the test report by e-mail soon.

I am raising this complaint at 9.30 pm after 3hrs of futile waiting for the copy of the report. The service in the electronic city clinic - the way the customers are promised of service and then cheated - is horrible. You may kindly arrange for few basic sessions of customer service to your staff. And kindly get your systems right. Promise the online report only of you have a working portal. If not be sensible to send across the report in any other digital means. And teach basic e-mail operation - i. E how to use an e-mail service, compose and send e-mails - especially when your staff promise to do so!!

Appointment was for Upper abdomen USG on 6th June 2017 at 9am in Shibpur Howrah branch for my wife Mrs. Sanchita Dey. Up to 10:45 am she was not attained. She repeatedly talk with the admin regrading her problem. She was in empty stomach. The behavior of staff was really bad about her. My question is, it should happen for a modern diagonastic center?

I went to Apollo clinic, dehradun for pre employment medical check-up and it had been one of the most pathetic customer service experience.
The staff is clueless about their own policies and it took them more than 2 hours to start the activities for check up.
This is highly unbearable behaviour exuded from the employees of a company of such high reputation.
I strongly suggest sone stern action and training for its employees.
