I went because my wife accidentally cut her hands... They used an incorrect thread to stich leaving a bug mark. Since they did not have dissolving stich they put a non disolvalable one and that too a very thick one.

We were asked to come after 10 days to remove stich and guess what we were asked to pay a consultation fee for the same doc... It was hilarious... The doctor put a stich and charged consulting and procedure charges and wants consulting charges again to remove it?

This is daylight robbery

COUNTER RECEPTIONIST INSISTED AT THE TIME OF BILLING TO GET THE REPORT DIRECT AT HOME AND FOR WHICH A NOMINAL CHARGE WAS TAKEN.
Eco cardiogram was done this morning at about 10.30a.M.With the understanding that the report will be delivered to my residence by this evening, unfortunately, no reports was delivered till this time-

    Hello,

    I had a horrific experience from electronic city apollo clinic. I had gone there to do pregnancy related tests for my wife on 5th june 2017 early morning. Tests costs over 3k and they promised the report by next day evening to be sent to my e-mail id. However on 6th june till evening i didn't receive any reports. Since i had a doctors appointment in a different hospital on 7th june i badly wanted the report by 6th evening. Since i work at itpl it was not practical for me to go to electronic city clinic and collect the report before the closure of the clinic.

    I tried calling the staff, and they said i can download the report from site. However the user name provided was not working. Then they again promised to send the test report by e-mail soon.

    I am raising this complaint at 9.30 pm after 3hrs of futile waiting for the copy of the report. The service in the electronic city clinic - the way the customers are promised of service and then cheated - is horrible. You may kindly arrange for few basic sessions of customer service to your staff. And kindly get your systems right. Promise the online report only of you have a working portal. If not be sensible to send across the report in any other digital means. And teach basic e-mail operation - i. E how to use an e-mail service, compose and send e-mails - especially when your staff promise to do so!!

      Appointment was for Upper abdomen USG on 6th June 2017 at 9am in Shibpur Howrah branch for my wife Mrs. Sanchita Dey. Up to 10:45 am she was not attained. She repeatedly talk with the admin regrading her problem. She was in empty stomach. The behavior of staff was really bad about her. My question is, it should happen for a modern diagonastic center?

        I went to Apollo clinic, dehradun for pre employment medical check-up and it had been one of the most pathetic customer service experience.
        The staff is clueless about their own policies and it took them more than 2 hours to start the activities for check up.
        This is highly unbearable behaviour exuded from the employees of a company of such high reputation.
        I strongly suggest sone stern action and training for its employees.

          Hi,

          I used my card for payment at Apollo clinic E-city, And amount debited from by bank account. But they told they have not get print receipt, so money will be credited back after 48 hours. And i paid amount again. Calling and following up the issue for 2 weeks, but they are not taking any action to get back my money.

          Please advise.

            In regard to Apollo Clinic Kundalahalli Gate branch Bangalore, I had a terrible experience with respect to being unnecessarily charged Rs 400 for my follow up which Apollo clinic claims can be done in a week's time.

            I came within the week's time and I was charged wrongly for my follow up. The management manager Mr Vinay Vatsayan doesn't listen to someone's plight and instead of helping patients just makes things difficult for them.

              I did my mater health check up on 17th Oct 2016 and consulted with doctor also on the same day.
              While registering for health check and while filling form over there in Apollo Clinic I have mentioned that I am having high blood pressure issue, and after Doctor’s suggestion I asked Thyroid test report also for which I paid separately. And I didn’t collect any of my reports as they told I will be getting my Thyroid report next day. I asked them to keep all the reports with themselves so that I can collect my report on coming weekend. On weekend when I went there and I asked for my report they told ur report is missing and may be u have already taken your report.

              This is not good service at all. After that they just given the scanned reports and till now I have consulted with doctor after my thyroid reports as I lost my faith for that clinic that moment only.

              If we are getting this type of service from a clinic like Apollo which is famous for its brand name what we can expect from others then.

              Please look into this matter.

                We have got the blood test done for our son, who is 3 year old. The report provide was completely wrong and when we contacted apollo clinic, newtown kolkata, their reply was it was a technical error.

                How can a technical error happen in providing test report,. My small child had to undergo test again and definitely exploring legal complaints against the clinic and suitable damage and harassment/pain caused to us/my kid.

                Thanks to our doctor who pointed this error in report provided to us.

                  Got bruise mark after giving blood samples at a big clinic, known as Apollo, everyone must have known this, so called big name but the reality is that they Don't know how to take blood sample from nerves

                  After i gave my blood samples yesterday for a test in Apollo clicnic hsr layout, bangalore, my hand is bruised in maroon color, Apollo just have big name, they don't know how to take a patient's blood sample from an injection also. disgusting, i can show my hands pic as well.horrible

                    The appolo clinic tinsukia always taking patient more than his capacity. The patient are facing lots of problem for their test. I m also at present sitting at appolo clinic more than two hours for a sonography test of my wife as she is pregnant. Can u imagine how a pregnant women sitting for a test hours an hour's. The authorized appolo clinic are only doing for money only. Kindly take some action that the clinics are take patient only his capacity not more than becoz some critical patient also may be there.                       We asked for a general body check up at jp nagar 7th phase apollo clinic and ms. Pushpalatha marketed us this dna test. And said "u will get everything in this test" and charged us ₹ 9000. Now after paying so much we didn't get what we asked for that is sugar level, cholesterol level, thyroid level etc. After following up nearly for a week ms. Pushpalatha gives mr. Sheshagopalan's number. We clearly told him that arrange for a general body check up for free as we really feel cheated. I am following up for this since almost a month but nothing is happening. We really feel bad a trusted organisation can do this. I hope after writing here atleast something will happen.

                        Recently i have went Apollo Clinic Madinaguda Hyderabad with my mother for her treatment, first we concern General Physician She suggested us to we have to go for Physiotherapy for 5 days, we concern Physiotherapist we already told him that we come with the reference of your internal doctor as she suggested for Physiotherapy for 5 days if everything is fine we will well and good or else we need to go for another treatment in spite of knowing all this the physiotherapist said to we should go for physiotherapy for 2 weeks . here they did not come up with the option we can pay fees for physiotherapy on daily basis and they have charged us for 10 days after 5 days we again concerned same general physician and told that don't have any progress in treatment as she told us to stop physiotherapy and she asked us though i suggested 5 days only why we paid for 10 days, we asked the 5 days money return but they refused to pay money back .

                          The "apollo family care" login page displays the following message.

                          Special offer:
                          Update your email id, marital status and details about chronic disease (If any) to get an accident insurance free of cost worth inr 1, 00, 000

                          Me and my wife both are enrolled to the "apollo family care" program and both o[censored]s have updated our email id, marital status as well as details about chronic disease.

                          Now, apollo is not at all interested about providing the accident insurance, neither to me nor my wife. I have sent numerous e-mails to '[protected]@apolloclinics.In' as well as '[protected]@apollolifeline.com'. They never bother to reply to any of the e-mails. I haven't received a single reply till date. The apollo customer care people know nothing about the "apollo family care" program; they simply keep on transferring the calls from one department to the other.

                            Full description: this is vikram kumar and did my health check up in apollo clinic on 14th may 2016. When i asked the concerned person about my report they said to collect in next day. Because of work schedule i was not able to collect it on 15th may. So i went on on 16th may, they said they are unable to locate the report and asked me to come back again on 17th may. Because of my busy schedule, i was not able to go to clinic till 20th may.

                            When i went again today on 21st may, they are still not able to locate the report and asked me to come on 23rd may. Not sure what just happened but this is clearly the example of mis-conduct.

                            Please take necessary action.

                            If you require any other information, please feel free to call me.

                            Desirable resolution: please locate my report and give me free health check up and other benefits for wasting my time.

                              I have visited apollo clinic, kondapur, hyderabad on 30th jan 2016. There i consult with dr.Prameela sekhar. She is very nice and helpful. She checked my wife and suggested for [cbc, urine, tsh, rbs, blood & ultrasonography (Tvs)] tests after 7 days.

                              So i went to the reception and show the prescription to mrs.Gowri surya vanshi. I am a very common man and i don't know what are these tests for and what needs to be done when.

                              She checked my prescription and ask me take the package [apollo w health twenties]. I asked her 2 times and get confirmation from her, that the package includes everything which are required and which should be done. On 6th feb 2016 i visited with patient [my wife]
                              For doing all these tests. As she was over fasting, so all tests could not happened. Only they did x-ray, urine and ultrasound whole abdomen. Again i went to same clinic on 7th feb 2016.

                              On the same day [7th feb 2016] and today, i came to know that, as the patient is pregnant, so she should not go through x-ray and ultrasound whole abdomen, but mrs.Gowri surya vanshi gave me package which includes this? How come she gave me health check up package which includes x-ray after looked into the prescription?

                              After consulting doctor today, i came to know that, there are chances of problem...

                              That lady Mrs.GOWRI SURYA VANSHI, when prepared the bill, she mentioned Doctor's name and she is well known the Doctor is a Gynecologist. How come she made that mistake.


                              The same thing, When Dr. Vijaya Kumar M [Radiologist] show the bill, There it was clearly mentioned the Doctor's name and He is also well known that Doctor is a Gynecologist.

                              How both of them did this type of in-excusable mistake. Due to their mistake, why a common man [We] will suffer?

                              And more over till now that lady is not even apologize for what she did...

                                We are really horrified by your service. The way the guys spoke to us, the way they treated us, and the way the fake reports have astounded us. Lost faith in human. Lost faith in the doctors. I had initially bought a couple package of health checkup which was worth 6000. My wife hasn't done the health checkup yet. But then all the above mentioned factors make me think once more that I shouldn't get my wife's health checkup done. So I just asked at the reception counter of Apollo(Thane west) to give me back my 3000. And they put a wrong blame on me that I had bought a package of 20, 000. I.e a family package and they started proving me wrong. Whereas I already have the proof in written that I had the package of 6000. I demand my right back, and the right includes a refund of 3000 or else I can surely take this dispute to a higher level. Because I have lost the faith in Apollo, its doctors and the fake reports as I had got it verified by doing it from an another hospital as well.                                   i have been taking apointment for the dentist from Apollo Sarjapur branch, they accept the appointment but whenever i go they always say the doctor is running late or left because of emergency. And i today also they called me and told that the doctor has left for emergency. I am tired of it. I got the smart card for 1000 rupees and now i am not able to use, its a complete wastee. Please help me out. They are testing the patience of the patient and not even bothering. They should be closed down. I schedule my office timing because of them everytime and they change it everytime.

                                    I had a very bad experience with Apollo clinic JP Nagar.My mother had severe cough and we went there to see Dr.Poorna Prasad. After initial checkup he said he doubt its a kind of TB and asked us to go for several different kind of blood tests, xray, spootum test etc etc all costs around 4000 Rs. Also he gave 7-8 kind of medicines(No need to have food after having medicines as the stomach would be full after having 7 tablets in morning, noon and evening). Anyway she manged to had all these and after 1 week also there was no change at all in her cough. I went there two times to show the reports to Dr.Poorna Prasad but he was not available. Then I called the reception and took appointment for the next day(Sunday 16th March 10.30AM).Before taking appointment I confirmed with the receptionist again whether he would be availble on Sunday. She said "yes saar. he would be availble".We went there on Sunday morning 10.30 AM and the first question from receptionist was who gave you appointment. I said I called your landline no ie.4076 8888 and booked the appointment.She said doctor not available today.Then she said doctor is not picking phone. We wait there for half an hour and she said doctor is not feeling well you can directly contact him and she gave Dr.Poorna's number. When I called him he said he can't come to clinic as he is not well. Then I said "Doctor for showing this report daily I'm coming to clinic for the past 3 days. After having all these medicines there is no change in patients condition.Can I come to your place?" He said no. he can't get up from bed.Again I asked the receptionist if doctor is not available then why you gave the appointment. I got an irresponsible response"If doctor is not ready to come what I can do?" They are sitting there only to collect thousands of rupees from our pocket. Now I have doubts about the reports they have given. If these people are this much irresponsible then how can I believe the reports. l will never recommend Apollo Clinic to any one.

                                      I had a medical check up at HYDERABAD JUBILIHILLS apollo clinic, I lost my original bill and when i asked them for duplicate bill they are not responding and simply saying that they are not going to provide the duplicate bill .

                                        This is w.r.t Sarjapur road Apollo clinic, i chose this clinic coz of the name since i felt i could trust the doctors there. I had severe throat pain with high fever and i could self diagnose that i had tonsil issue. Since no ENT was available and i could hardly sit, i went for a general physician - Mrs Kranti (on 6th April'2013), she put me on Azithral and my fever went off but on 7th April'2013 i started having very severe throat and ear infection and i took a peek into my throat only to realize its a follicular tonsil. Myself being a software engineer with no Dr. degree i could make out Azithral wont help since My daughter had the same problem and she was put on augmentin. I had to wait till Monday to see an ENT, the ENT (from a different clinic, GOD knows i will never step into an Apollo clinic ever again) confirmed that its follicular and Azithral wont help. Fact is even a software engineer knows that Azithral will kill fever but not necessarily the cause. Having said all this i seriously doubt if the doctors in the Apollo clinic are actually doctors. Even for such and apparent and simple problem nor was it diagnosed properly, putting me on azithral worsened it for me. I am worried about the fate of innocent people walking into such clinics for pregnancy and or life critical treatments. I think the doctors sitting in this clinic are not real doctors and might have a false degree.

                                        Apollo Clinic — Refund of payment for investigations

                                        I had paid Rs. 7500 for investigations of AFB culture in Apollo Chandigarh for 3 samples. I gave 2 samples which were rejected. I didn't give the third sample and decided not to go ahead with the investigations. I asked for the refund. The account's manager initially said that I would get the full refund, but later other subordinates said I would get only two third of the amount. When I asked the bill for the amount deducted they refused to give any bills and unnecessarily harassing me and making me run around for the refund. They are not ready to give contact details of their boss to make me have a word with him. It is really pathetic.
