Apollo Clinic Complaints & Reviews

My wife is consultant in Apollo clinic JP Nagar and she visits the clinic on appointment basis. But they clinic management is not paying her consultation fees for last 3 months. Even before that , she has to fight with them every month to get her share of the fees. Sometimes the cheque given by the management would bounce. How to complain and take necessary action against such clinics?

I visited Apollo clinic in bellandur, Bangalore to see Dr Akram for my Kid.He was carrying an injury and Dr Akram refused to see the injury.He just gave the prescription for fever.Aren’t we supposed to get our money back which was paid to consult Dr Akram and he has not even advised us for any thing.Isn’t clinic staff should advise us up front to consult correct physician for the kind of problem.
When my wife demanded the money back their staff including Dr Akram started shouting. Is this the way they should behave with customer?It's not a question of money but it's ethical and moral principles.Had a very bad experience at Apollo clinic bellandur specialy with Dr Akram.

I have found most of the Doctors/Nurses in this world are very polite and do thir job very carefully. However this is not the case with Apollo Clinic which is near Jyoti Nivas College Koremanagala Bangalore. I normally don't like to complaint medical staff because they are the one who plays with human body but I was forced to do so.

I found them that they only care about money don't treat you as human.(they first asks you what you do, how much you earn :( )
This is because few weeks back I went to them when I had small injury on my finger. I didn't mind much for taking RS 3300 for putting 3 stitching on my finger but I was not happy when nurses treated me as a thing and not as human. I went there for dressing 4 times and I found 2 nurses really good and 2 were not. Moreover, they left one of the thread when I went to remove stitch. After few weeks I noticed one of the thread was left while removing stitch. Then I went back to them again. When I told them they left one thread inside my finger, they said I need to pay extra charge instead of expressing apology to me. After a long debate they agreed not to take money but this doesn't look like hospital to me.

This is a feedback I wanted to provide regarding the kind of service I received at apollo Clinic , Salt Lake , Kolkata.The telephonic service as well as the service at the counter is just pathetic.When we call up for appointment or information,the agents on the phone gives half information and sounds that they are very irritated with calls.They keep disconnecting without giving complete information.When we go to the counter there,all the ladies sitting there are very rude at responding.It looks like they need to get paid to talk. If you ask too many questions, they gets really disturbed and at times shouts on us. Its really a shame that a renowned clinic like apollo provides such a horrible service.I personally has experienced this not only once but a number of times.I would really be very grateful if something could be done to improve this.This really needs attention as its becomes worse day by day.

(Apollo Clinic, Kolkata, City Center, Aseem Chatterjee) Today i booked my name in the morning and was informed to reach there by 10.30 am. But when i went there, my booking was blantly denied and despite me suffering from 102 fever, i had to return. Such treatment and reponse was absolutely unexpected and unacceptable for me.

APOLLO CLINIC ,Garia Kolkata giving false test report.In my case, wrong report given and the doctor expressed doubt on thevresult. Then 2nd test was done in another clinic which gave correct report. The Management is indifferent to public sufferings , staff are misbehavingy. Despite repeated complaints to the Management no action taken, not even proper reply given .

We've got seriously burnt up by Dr. Beena Jaysingh of Apollo Bellandur. Dr Beena is highly unprofessional and always behind money. She is incompetent and doesn't understand patient problems and needs. Whenever we went to her for my wife's pregnancy she wrote all the available tests without even asking and thinking.

whenever we asked any questions she didn't answer properly. She was never able to explaing anything about compliation of my wife's pregnancy. She didn't read any of the reports properly and neither she explained anything. In end she just asked to pay haevy advance for a so called procedure.

On friend's advice we decided to go to Manipal Bangalore. There we found out that ultrasound diagnosis done at Apollo clinic Bellandur were wrong and whatever reaons Dr Beena gave were in-correct. We were seiously taken back by this. We trusted them with our child and she just took advange of the situation to made more money.


Whoever is consulting Dr. Beena Jaysingh, please be careful and and lookout. She is just not good.

I went along with my wife after a prior appointment to consult Dr Rakesh Rajput at Apollo clinic. I was charged Rs 400 and misinformed that the dr is in his chambers. In fact the dr was away and came 1hr late. There were even cases of favouratism here. Hard to believe this.

20th Oct serving Apollo Clinic,Dehradun. The real matter is that till 12
JAN I was according to directors Mr.Atul Garg & Mrs Hema Garg I was a very hard worker and a efficient guy in marketing and said same till 12jan.The tussle was their salary had no date and also had no salary slip ,we were told that their is no fixed day it can be given max by 15 of the month. as i realised that they had promised to give me a appointment letter when i asked for that they refused and told that offer letter of 3 lines is given.They also were doing fraud by giving salary in cash which in 5 years of my career no one did.My
post of Asst Marketing Manager was just a tag as in three months the duties they gave me were of a CGrade level,e.g to pick doctors from a x place and then leave him back in december, I also delivered the reports of patients in my working hours by all this you must be clear that what was my profile .By name Apollo there was not a single doctor on full day opd ,tests were being given to other labs and got done at lower quality and charged for apollo standards.their
lab technician was also a drug addict and they said we know that but we have no other option,on 12jan when i asked for my salary they said that in the market you have told all the loopholes that we have my reply was i dont want to play with health of people.their next command was to write resignation letter and leave the job coz they smelled that i am a true person which is harming their business by telling internal facts and asked me to not come from the next day they also pay commisions to doctors by cheque and i have one.so kindly take care and take strict action on them apollo clinic dehradun [protected],[protected],2530358 and name atul garg

I had called up their Collection Centre on 22nd Mar. 09 for Blood Collection. I have given an advance of Rs. 100/- for the same for their billing purposes and got the info noted in their slip that I shall be paying by Axis Bank Corporate Credit Card to avail 15% discount at the time of making the final payment. I got a call from them that I have to come in the evening to process the full payment within 6:30 to 7:30 P.M. When I reached within that time in the evening, nobody was there to process the bill and I returned back. I called them up Monday Morning to let them know the situation and I have been told that they would call me back after 7-8 hours. They never called back. When I called them back today morning (27/3/09), they told me that I have to again provide 3 bottles of blood, as the previous one never got processed due to the fact that full billing was not done and that it would be processed only when I would pay for the full amount. Nowhere it is written that only when I would pay full amount, then only they would process the blood for testing.

Are they justified asking me for another three Bottles of Blood?
As per them I should have given the full amount at the time of Blood Collection. Why should I leave my 15% discount by giving them full amount on the spt for a billing of around 850 Rupees?
