Apollo Clinic — Corporate health check-up issue

I raised below issue multiple times and i just get a call to address an issue and they ask me to call on another helpdesk number and I tried calling on that number thousand times, but it never gets connected neither I get a call back from concern team. I am fed-up with this now such a [censored] service from a top rated and authorised clinic.


I did corporate health check-up and below are the details -

I would like to escalate experience with SonoMammography. Dr. Preeti Kathe did my test. Experience was pathetic. She came very late, i waited even all patients were waiting for her. She was very rude. Within 2 minutes she did the test with no observations. When I asked again specifically about breast, kidney, ovary cyst as I have a history then she asked assistant to note the observations and when I see final report there is no remark/update on breast and ovary cyst. I am not sure how to trust Apollo as it is a brand and that's why chose Apollo clinic second time for annual health check-up. How can an MD doctor be casual about the work? What shall I do now, with this casual and wrong reports I can't even consult a Gynecologist.
