My daughter name is Anaya Adak, age 5 years plus, due to her Illness we went to apollo on 8th january 2024 for doctor consultation and doctor prescribed for urine test. Next day my wife went with chield for test. Apollo book urine test as well as culture and my wife oppose for urine culture test but they didn't listen our request. Same day afternoon we got urine report and seen no need to further urine culture and my wife immediately called to apollo office to stop urine culture test but your office not granted our request.
After seen the urine report we common people can understood that no need to urine culter but apollo's laboratory man can't understood that and make urine culture, only because of make money, so ridiculous.
From apollo told my wife you come to office and stop this test. Tell me, why should we go to stop this test?
Why not grant phone call?
Why not you understood that is not need?
My wife alone with two small clield then after she run to stop the test and reacn to office at evening. After reach she listen is too late to stop test.
We are lost our money as well as harass by apollo.
