[Resolved] Apollo Cradle — Worst Time management and prolonged wait time

I really do not understand if Apollo staff knows the meaning of 'appointment'. I was never called on time for appointment and made to wait for an hour or so post my appointment time. I need to fight with them for my booked slot. Which order they are sending patients. It is totally a grey area. They are not professional at all especially in Radiology department .
