One of my friend got admitted in Apollo hospital on 27th November 2021,
for a small operation he got admitted near 11am, but we waited for more that 4 hrs. for any confirmation, then we called the assigned doctor he told that nobody informed him about the patient . and in the meantime when we were asking the nursing department they were not even responding us they were simply singing songs listing songs in the patent lobby only talking soo loudly that we can able to hear their conversation from the patient room. when we were trying to contact them they shows us attitude the behavior was very bad and unprofessional from them we are very disappointed. in future we will never go to Apollo for any further services.

yesterday apptointmnet was taken in apollo -toniderpet for neurologist -rm bhoopathy, it was heavily raining in chennai, with lot of difficulties we reached there, though apollo greams was near to our home and we didnt get appt, but after reaching there apollo team said doctor doesn't come on sunday even though i had got confirmed message where appt was confrmed, even we asked for any general physian but they said no doctors avl only duty doctors, was not expecting this kind of hopless and pathetic approach from apollo

I joined my mother in Gowri gopal hospital kurnool but appollo diagnostic was available they collected samples for 3-4 times a day saying that it's not enough etc I went like 2-3 weeks and we want you to take serious action on it

Myself and my wife visited Apollo Hospital Chennai on 14th October, 2021 with appointment with Dr Revathy madam. After that madam given test for breast ultrasound at Appolo Heart center and accordingly the same was done on 15th October, 2021. The report given to us was Normal (no issue). Later on, we took appointment of Dr. Vishnu Vandana madam, and on physical consultation, madam was shocked that in my wife left breast, there is lump or ball type substance and in the ultrasound report, it was given normal, Madam again requested to the radiologist in apollo women hospital, for re-screening of left breast and as per report"2.7x1.7 is seen 60° clock position ". Then I also socked and immediately contact with the radiologist of heart centre where earlier ultrasound was done.
After that she did the ultrasound again and a fresh report issued with same earlier report time and other information(Both reports are available with me).
If this is the case in well known hospital, how will we believe the treatment of the hospital.
We travelled to the hospital from far away (Assam) and spent a lot of money, time etc.. I never expect that type of ignorance specially in case health related issues..

All the admission department (ward secretary 5 th floor, TPA who takes 4 hrs to reply one query and incorrectly claims 4 request for same person ) .. needs a proper skills at Apollo hospital bhubaneswar... I would request the hospital to take a strict action against them ..

Yesterday we had requested for morning discharge, but it's been more than 24 hrs that no proper action was taken .. this hospital is only money sucking machines ... Discharge department will make you cry .. we have been waiting for 9 hrs for discharge .. but coz of hospital mistake for claiming more than one claims for same patient we are suffering and this is complete waste of time...

I had a Annual health checkup in Appllo Hospital Bhubaneswar. Before leaving the hospital I had asked the attendants Are all my tests completed? They told me yes u can go now. But after one hour they called me and told that one test is left. U have to come. For that reason I have to come again on that same day. The AHC attendants did not coordinating and communicate well before leaving hospital. I have one suggestion. Before leaving they must ensure all tests are completed. Becoz we don't know about all tests. In the meant time the mammography machine was offline. They did not inform us also.

Before leaving the hospital, the attendants in charge of AHC didn't coordinate properly and left one health checkup mammography. For that reason we have to come back from home again and complete that checkup.

My mother Sarla Devi (UHID NO[protected] was admitted today for right eye cataract surgery. After admission blanket was provided after 2 hours at the time of shifting for OT. When asked I got the reply that blanket will be provided when available.
After OT food was provided after 1 hour.
Patient is diabetic and had not eaten since morning
This is not expected in Apollo hospital

She was prescribed nsaid and not monitored if it caused any kidney injury symptoms in my mother post surgery. Dr. Sanjay Pai in Bangalore caused my mother’s death by medical negligence. The kidney injury led to dialysis when the hospital mismanaged the covid hygiene and she picked up covid and eventually passed away paying you lakhs of rupees anf going through and putting her through severe trauma. She picked up uti because of your negligence and horrible hygiene

Admitted my mother on 18th October 2021 in Apollo Hospital Trichy for a stent procedure (Coronary Artery Disease). At the time of admission, we have given Apollo medical records and in addition to that we have also provided our old medical records in a separate file which includes Angiogram report( with CD), Echo and other important records (other surgery summary and related reports).

Very rough behavior from the Apollo hospitals staff and very poor management. First they are taking after that no guidance provide to the patient. Apollo hospitals is one of the worst hospital in india. So it was last my treatment.

I have done an Ultrasound and X-Ray on 19th October in Apollo Chennai Greams Road and till today 23/10/21 I haven't received the reports. They only gave the X-Ray CD Drive, no printed report. I tried to call Apollo Customer Care number, They pick the call but when They saw that I called them to register a complaint they disconnect the call.

Apollo Hsr Clinic Bangalore is not responding to my complain even after trying to contact them multiple times through Phone and email.
Manager of the Clinic contacted me through Phone after coming to know about my complain and asked me to mail the issue but after sending an email, there is no response either to my mail or calls.

Please help me to get the date corrected for the 2nd Dose in Cowin App.

Very irresponsible Nurses and Manager. Nurse didn't get time to update the 2nd Dose Date in Cowin App by giving excuse that she is busy or I'll get back to you.

Very poor management of basic services for the inpatients. We pay full amount and demand full and best sevices. Apollo should refund for negligence in service...

I was surgery patient in bed no 3395, discharged on 20.10.21. at nearby 8pm.
My surgery was under star health insurance. The refundable amount Rs 1, 18, 168.00 has not yet been credited in my account.

Here I am to inform you that due to the complete negligence of the Doctors I lost my father on dt. 12/10/2021. Due to the wrong decision taken by the Doctors of Apollo, Bhubaneswar operating for L1 spine operation of my late father at the age of 67 years..Finally he passed away...I request you to take serious action against that doctor...Awaiting for your early reply...

here i am just want to tell you that this Apollo International ltd.is a very big brand but there is a issue which we face last 3 days continuously that is Poor House keeping and even i am not comfort with some kind o[censored]nhygienic things so please its really humbled request to make these issues quickly solve.
