My name is sachin gupta. My residence is in vinay nagar sector 3, gwalior-474012 (M. P.)
Recently, my father ram avatar gupta was admitted (Inpatient no. Sgwaipv10414) by me to rjn apollo spectra hospital gwalior, in which my experience was very useless, in which i want to brief you in brief.
I had my father admit my date 15.10.2019 (Progress report attached) at 03:20 am, for his treatment, i deposited rs.15, 000 at 03:37 am.
My father was admitted to max hospital in dehli in last 12 days. My father was right mca territory malignant infarct with left hemipersals. He was still unconscious while admitting in the hospital.
My father was immediately admitted to the icu, after being admitted, i had very bad experiences in the hospital.
A shoe was worn in my father's left leg so that his leg would not be bent because if my father was an admit in icu, then i or any member of my family was allowed to meet for a short time.
I shifted my father to the best room of the hospital in late night on 17.10.2019 (Aprrox.-10:00 pm) shortly after being shifted in the room, i removed my father's shoe from the foot and i got surprise of my father's entire leg was badly. It was deteriorating and the skin had completely deteriorated and smelled very dirty (Photo attached), which was immediately conveyed to the icu in-charge present by me but by he was told me that your father is not in icu, why did you come here in icu, i am having trouble when i told him that my father was in your icu for last 3 days from 15.10.2019 to 17.10.2019 and his foot shoe has not been for 3 days due to which his entire leg has been damaged, the patient should get some treatment, but he saw the whole incident through him as if nothing has happened or there is a common thing here for him and i was told that you should not bother me. Do what you want to do. When i was asked to complain to them, then at their doorstep, a reply was given that where you have to complain, do not disturb me.
Immediately i complained at the reception, but there was no satisfactory response from me. On not getting satisfactory response, i gave the said incident to the editor of the news paper, he told me that you should wait a little; i am there in a while and see the situation.
In view of the seriousness of the situation, i was told by the management of the people there, but through them, i was falsely assured that we had made a mistake, but now you will not have any complaints.
Having agreed to the hospital, the editor of my immediate news paper told me to go back out of the way, i also did not want anyone to have any problem because of me, but within a short time i came to understand that any kind of treatment by the hospital no facilities are provided like the room in my father's room was the most expensive room in the hospital but the bell in that room was not working, the bathroom flash was not working, had left the gate of the wardrobe that information by mobile maintenance department hospital by me but not by start the hospital went the matter and also that we have to be thinking here is to wait a few days stay
There was neither adequate cleanliness nor any maintenance in the hospital, the stay button of the lift was not working even in the day it went and was not working on the day it came. No hospital department does corporate, whether it is maintenance or tpa, no one responds well
Since my father did not remove the shoe by anyone for 3 days that means his body would not have been wiped out in the icu for 3 days, nor would it have been adequately cleaned.
I ignored all my things, thinking that we people have to stay here for a few days.
But even after leaving the hospital, the hospital left no stone unturned to disturb me, the extra money that was taken by me while admitting my father, without him being admitted, he was able to take my extra money 1 it took a month and 18 days (Copy of mobile sms made with the hospital).
I want to ask, when the hospital does not give any kind of fee in its service fee then why compromise in the service. Why not provide adequate service to the patient
If the hospital does not admit without deposit the money, then why does it take more than one and half month to give the patient's money, even when the patient demands his own money from the hospital continuously?
According to the hospital bill, my rupee 5968 was to be returned, but rupees 5878 has been deposited in my account.
I understand this very well that you must have taken a long time to brand your hospital. I request you to kindly ask the hospital staff to provide adequate services to maintain your hospital in the same way and once upon the said incident must consider. And who is responsible for this entire incident.

My father is having mental Trauma with this iatrogenic trauma .
We are the one who are paying for the hospital’s complication and hospital doesn’t care about the postop period .
We need justice and assurance for the professional care of other patients
