मैं पिताश्री को ओपीडी में दिखाने के लिए डॉक्टर के पास गया, डॉक्टर के आधार पर एडमिट करके उपचार करने का बात कही, यहां मै हॉस्पिटल का सिस्टम बताना चाहता हूं।
इमरजेंसी द्वारा मंगलवार 18/02/20 को 11:00am को admit किए, इमरजेंसी से icu तक रेफर करने में 6 घंटा लगा दिया, यह कहकर कि आईसीयू में बेड खाली नहीं है । आईसीयू से डॉक्टर ने शुक्रवार (21/02/2020,) को 11:30 को जेनरल वार्ड के लिए रेफर किया, लिकिन अब तक (22/02/20 at 5:00pm) जेनरल वार्ड शिफ्ट नहीं किया गया, बस यह कहकर कि बेड खाली नहीं है, डॉक्टर से बात करने से मैं तो रेफर कर दिया हूं यह कहकर अपना हाथ साफ़ कर दिया । यही हॉस्पिटल का सिस्टम चल रहा है ताकि आसानी से बिल बढ़ा सके। मतलब दो दिन जेनरल वार्ड से कोई डिस्चार्ज नहीं हुआ और ना कोई admit हुआ, इतना बड़ा हॉस्पिटल में ।

    My grandfather was admitted 3 days ago. He is an ONGC employee and he was alloted a Single ac room. But the hospital gave us a double bed room. They are going to make a bill of single ac room. My grandfather is facing inconvenience there.
    Some of the staff is also not professional, they send nurses who doesn't have experience. One example is when a nurse came to take blood sample and spilled blood all over bed.

      I am Anesthetist for the last 25 years and i am shocked to see the unprofessional behaviour of doctors in Apollo Hospital, Delhi, India .
      As a doctor, i could save the hand of my father but cant imagine how many patients are dying or suffering because o[censored]nethical and unprofessional behaviour of doctors .
      My Father had chest pain and we rushed to Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar, Delhi and as per my colleague advice, I admitted my father under Dr Vipul Roy ( Senior Cardiologist ) in apollo . Next day, my father had angiography and angioplasty was done by Dr Vipul Roy and according to him, everything is fine .
      My father was shifted to CCU after that . After an hour, sister from CCU called me and asked me to come urgently in CCU . I rushed to CCU and found that my father was screaming in pain and was little violent ( Under anesthesia effect ) and asking to pass urine. I was shocked to see that there was no doctor in CCU at that time and they called me for the violent behaviour of my father immediately post angioplasty . I shouted for help and asked for doctor to come . At the same time, i asked to check the temeperature of my father as there was no doctor . My father was severely hypothermic ( 35 degree ), and he passed urine on bed as there was no help for him to pass urine . I notices bluish discoloration of hands and i asked sister to call doctor as my father was in severe pain . I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTO WITH THIS MAIL .
      CCU doctor came after 15 minutes and they were discussing on phone what tp do ? I requested to open the dressing and when they opened it, they found the ist degree burn of whole left hand . I WAS SHOCKED AND TERRIFIED AS THE WHOLE PALM WAS LOOKING LIKE NECROSED. They asked me to leave the CCU . After few hours, i found that they have called vascular surgeon for help . When i asked about the hand, doctors didnt tell me anything stating that this is the first case in his career . I am shocked to see - 1) IN CCU, pattients relatives were called to calm dowm patients, not doctors, 2) Doctors didnt inform me about the complication and hiding everything .
      Next day, my father was shifted to the ward with the burnt hand and advised for burn dressing for a month . MY FATHER AND ME WERE VERY BADLY MENTALLY AND FINACIALLY DISTURBED ( i am doctor and cant imagine how lay person are going through ) . After shifting to ward, i didnt find any doctor and when i asked sister about doctors, she told that noone will come and doctor will come if there is emergency . Again shocked to see that patient is coming from CCU to Ward with some IATROGENIC COMPLICATIONS, and there is no doctor around to check the basic vitals .We paid the huge sum of money for nothing .
      After 3 days, at the time of discharge, i was again shocked to see that there was not mention of any hand complication . When i called doctor, he asked me to take it after a week as he left to Mumbai for a meeting. I refused to leave the hospital without proper discharge summary ( As a doctor, i know the importance of it ) . Doctor Vipul Roy called me on my mobile and asked me what to write ?( A doctor is asking patient relatives what to write in discharge summary --im shocked again ).
      Anyhow, he just asked his juniors to write few lines about hands and my father and others asked me to leave this matter . When i reached home, i was surprised to see that the dischrge summary was changed and nothing was mentioned about the complication ( I have all the pictures of post angioplasty complication with me ) .When i called doctor, he promised me to give me in 2-3 days . When we met the doctors, he advised my father to cover the hand ( may be to avoid anyone to see this complication ) and advised for dressing at home that we are doing with our money .
      As a doctor, i didnt complained but there were serious medical negligence /errors that could lead to mortality of other patients .
      We ( My father and our family ) are suffering from severe mental trauma and even we are losing money out of this dressing at home . We complained to Apollo but there is no reply .
      Few medical negligence --
      1) Relative was called inspite of doctors in CCU to manage patient .
      2) We were not told still why there was burn of the whole left hand post angioplasty .
      3) Why there is no doctor in the ward and noone comes inspite of calling many times .
      4) How can discharge summary be changed and why there is no mention of this complication ?
      This errors are serious and avoidable and these can lead to mortality and morbidity of other patients .
      We Need justice of our sufferings and trust on you.

      We are the one who are paying for the hospital’s complication and hospital doesn’t care about the postop period .
      We need justice and assurance for the professional care of other patients
      Dear sir, Today visited hospital for apollo healthy heart program advanced. Paid Rs. 6000/- reg. No. AHIL[protected]. In all areas like waiting area, TMT rooms and Doctor's cabin I found lot of mosquitoes. This is not expected from hospital like Apollo. Pl do the needful at the earliest.

        I have taken consultation with pulmonologist dr subhajit ghosh last friday at apollo hospital, kolkata for treatment of my 80 year old father-dipak ranjan roy who was suffering from acute cough and cold.
        He has suggested lot of tests/investigations and advised to admit him and get the investigations/tests and treatment done, we consented and then they admitted in the crowded emergency ward (Not really required) where they gave nebulizations...

        wrong pathology report

        On 30 dec2019 i got tsh test done which came 7.5. On 16 jan 2020, i repeated this test and it came 1.63. And today morning when i repeated my test for tsh it came - 78.731. Is this a joke.

        Dear sir,
        My name is sachin gupta. My residence is in vinay nagar sector 3, gwalior-474012 (M. P.)
        Recently, my father ram avatar gupta was admitted (Inpatient no. Sgwaipv10414) by me to rjn apollo spectra hospital gwalior, in which my experience was very useless, in which i want to brief you in brief.
        I had my father admit my date 15.10.2019 (Progress report attached) at 03:20 am, for his treatment, i deposited rs.15, 000 at 03:37 am.
        My father was admitted to max hospital in dehli in last 12 days. My father was right mca territory malignant infarct with left hemipersals. He was still unconscious while admitting in the hospital.
        My father was immediately admitted to the icu, after being admitted, i had very bad experiences in the hospital.
        A shoe was worn in my father's left leg so that his leg would not be bent because if my father was an admit in icu, then i or any member of my family was allowed to meet for a short time.
        I shifted my father to the best room of the hospital in late night on 17.10.2019 (Aprrox.-10:00 pm) shortly after being shifted in the room, i removed my father's shoe from the foot and i got surprise of my father's entire leg was badly. It was deteriorating and the skin had completely deteriorated and smelled very dirty (Photo attached), which was immediately conveyed to the icu in-charge present by me but by he was told me that your father is not in icu, why did you come here in icu, i am having trouble when i told him that my father was in your icu for last 3 days from 15.10.2019 to 17.10.2019 and his foot shoe has not been for 3 days due to which his entire leg has been damaged, the patient should get some treatment, but he saw the whole incident through him as if nothing has happened or there is a common thing here for him and i was told that you should not bother me. Do what you want to do. When i was asked to complain to them, then at their doorstep, a reply was given that where you have to complain, do not disturb me.
        Immediately i complained at the reception, but there was no satisfactory response from me. On not getting satisfactory response, i gave the said incident to the editor of the news paper, he told me that you should wait a little; i am there in a while and see the situation.
        In view of the seriousness of the situation, i was told by the management of the people there, but through them, i was falsely assured that we had made a mistake, but now you will not have any complaints.
        Having agreed to the hospital, the editor of my immediate news paper told me to go back out of the way, i also did not want anyone to have any problem because of me, but within a short time i came to understand that any kind of treatment by the hospital no facilities are provided like the room in my father's room was the most expensive room in the hospital but the bell in that room was not working, the bathroom flash was not working, had left the gate of the wardrobe that information by mobile maintenance department hospital by me but not by start the hospital went the matter and also that we have to be thinking here is to wait a few days stay
        There was neither adequate cleanliness nor any maintenance in the hospital, the stay button of the lift was not working even in the day it went and was not working on the day it came. No hospital department does corporate, whether it is maintenance or tpa, no one responds well
        Since my father did not remove the shoe by anyone for 3 days that means his body would not have been wiped out in the icu for 3 days, nor would it have been adequately cleaned.
        I ignored all my things, thinking that we people have to stay here for a few days.
        But even after leaving the hospital, the hospital left no stone unturned to disturb me, the extra money that was taken by me while admitting my father, without him being admitted, he was able to take my extra money 1 it took a month and 18 days (Copy of mobile sms made with the hospital).
        I want to ask, when the hospital does not give any kind of fee in its service fee then why compromise in the service. Why not provide adequate service to the patient
        If the hospital does not admit without deposit the money, then why does it take more than one and half month to give the patient's money, even when the patient demands his own money from the hospital continuously?
        According to the hospital bill, my rupee 5968 was to be returned, but rupees 5878 has been deposited in my account.
        I understand this very well that you must have taken a long time to brand your hospital. I request you to kindly ask the hospital staff to provide adequate services to maintain your hospital in the same way and once upon the said incident must consider. And who is responsible for this entire incident.
        All the information given by me is correct, if you want, you will also get a video recording of the whole incident.

          My mom has been operated @ 1 and it was minor surgery couldn't met her until 3.30 with no reason and justification provided.

          I suspect no information and delays in filing insurance amount to my insurer and which causing further delay in discharge day care is absolutely pathetic not worth apollo self proclaimed class. Doctor is good but non medical staff was such a lazy specialy one sitting in front of me on day care billing counter right now. Hell lot of questions to ask and submit a consumer complaint for charging sky high and serving poorer than a charitable hospital.

            My father is 73 yrs old patient. Doctor prescribed for ct coronary, he did this test on 30 th january at 3 pm after 3h fasting but 31st january they informed us that they wants to repeat it and gave time 12 pm today. As schedule he took food on 8-30, we reported here at 11.15 am. At 12 pm they took my father inside, we have the return flight on 6.40 pm. Still it is 2.45 pm, my father is inside, still they have not done the test. Please do something.

Those dogs are that much responsible who will not allow us to enter in our society gate. Please take them. Few of them died coz of accident nd rest of them are dangerous.                     Dr asok sengupta is a bad doctor in appollo hospital kolkata. He abuse my mother ( tratment under him ) and myself with slang words.
                    She told the patient party ur disease will not cured infront of patient. Inspite of he knows that my mother is panic anxiety patient.
                    He intentionally mentally tourchered to my mother. He is offender in medical ethics. He should be punished

                    Inspite of repetative request appollo hospital kolkata admission department not shifting my mother from private suit to general word. And intentionally admit department forefully signing papers without fill in up the total description. If i want to take receipt of that they threthen me and said u can not get the copy of paper u signed unless super permition given. It is unethical medical practice to sign a paper forcefully without fill up the total contain and not given copy of that this type of malpractice should stop immediately

                      Lot of partiality to wards patient especially in allocating bed. The in charge is reserving the bed for some patient where that patient is doing dialysis on free of charge. Whereas iam paying money and i never get in time the bed. Mor shift patients never maintain the time and they always come late and because of them the night patient always delayed for 2 hours instead they come for 5.30 and they get bed only after 7.30

                      I would like to inform you that I bought a 1kg honey jar on 26/11/19 rupees 300.. from Rishra Apollo pharmacy..But sir unfortunately the product is freezing and bad smell..when I gave the return product..your staff told me not possible to get...I will request to you please look this matter as soon as possible...

                        There is huge mis-management and idiotic behaviour which has been faced by me in greams rd. Appollo chennai by dr. Balachandar tg, a big time # (May be he is related to nithyananda as both shows same characteristics). This guy thinks himself as god but not a human being, he is such an arrogant creature that he thinks that all the patients should bow before his idiotic ideology and behaviour.

                        He wants patients to obey him irrespective of their problems, time, and other important aspects of life. On questioning his idiotic behaviour he will just try to insult you infront of other patients. He is not at all polite, professional and civilised. And same are his staff at the counter are another big time #, courtesy apollo hiring management. Faced really hard time with these inchworms, thanks to ramachandran hospital that they are far better in each and every aspect of healthcare sector.

                          I hope that all patients from the Middle East and the rest of the world visiting India for treatment must think twice before visiting this hospital in Chennai or other similar hospitals in small towns. Those facilities were created to suck the hard-earned money from patients and their families without mercy. Worse still, working medical staffs treat patients as experimental animals. Medical crews are not qualified at all, and if you look for their CVs, you find false media advertisements that have nothing to do with the reality. Because of the advertisement and internet propaganda, my niece decided to do a heart transplant in this hospital. After 6 months of waiting, she was called for the transplant without being evaluated for the risk of bleeding before the operation. The operation took more than 12 hrs, various doses of blood transfusion, and the CPB working without stop and this is a well-known factor that contributes to bleeding. The multiple blood transfusions contributed to her kidney failure. Finally, she suffered from nosocomial infection and died as a result. I hope this tragedy should be a lesson for patients who are attracted by the advertisement propaganda on the internet.

                            Person appointed in the billing department for apollo bhubaneswar, doesn't know how to speak with patient, we pay huge amount of money to get treated ourselves, but the billing department gives a statement as this cannot be done that cannot be done as we are not sitting for you. I dont understand if this is the behaviour of the such a reputed hospital where doctors are extremely talented and cooperative and the service department is horrible. Either before hiring should be given training as how to deal with customer or should be fired immediately based on consumer feedback. The billing department even have a statement as i shouldnot ever come for any treatment to apollo, if i being a salaried person can be treated like this, i dont know how bad they would be treating the poor people.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am very upset with the treatment received from your esteemed organization. I took my wife for plaster removal on 16-12-19 under doctor g g kar. As advised by the doctor i paid the fees as procedural charges (Rs. 1000) for plaster removal. At the time of plaster removal the lady who was removing plaster made deep injury in my wife's leg, i made a verbal complain at help desk but no response received. Unfortunately no one cares about the injuries - no medicine given rather got a response that these are small injuries happens during plaster removal. Unfortunately the injuries are yet to heal.
                              Can you please let me know why this negligence happened?

                                I am akter farida from bangladesh. My uhid no. Ac[protected]. I was under treatment of dr. Srikanth muralikrishnan, speciality - hematology at apollo, chennai. On 19/12/2019 he advised me for bone marrow test including biospy and accordingly bone marrow test was done by him on 20/12/2019. Report delivery date was on 26/12/2019. When i went to collect report i came to know that sample for my needle biopsy of bone marrow was not submitted to histopathology department. I was surprised at this. I never expected such activities from apollo as it world class hospital. I have to spend 6 more days for this report. As a bangladeshi i spent a lot of money. Besides this i have to leave hospital without conclusion. I need punishment of concern doctor for this as well as compensation. My mail address is [protected]@dbl-group.com. Please reply.

                                    I visited apollo hospital on 3rd of december and was explained the entire surgery and gave an estimation of 1, 50, 000. Before admission, we got a confirmation that pre-apporval amount is approave of ra 65100 and rest of the amount will be paid after surgery as it was a cashless insurance, i admitted my father to the hospital on 5th of december.
                                    Discharge full and final was processed on 8th of december at 11:30 am. Till 4 pm we had no update on the status of the claim. At 4:30 we got an update that total of rs 86535 has been processed and the estimation of the operation was changed to 2 lac rupees and they asked us to pay rest of the 1 pac 13 thousand rupees. When i asked questions they insisted to contact tpa na doctor as they cannot do anything. After checking with doctor they said that revised bill is 1, 70, 000 and asked us to pay remaining amount.
                                    When i denied they called the security gaurds and surrounded me. My father was suffering from pain on the hospital room and was denied to be given any more medications as fnf has been processed from hospital.
                                    After fighting with them for another hour they said that they would be resending form for approval to insurance company and insisted to pay 20000 as depository charges otherwise they said we cannot leave and your patient won’t be given any more medications and if anything happens to him in hospital we would not be help responsible.
                                    I had to pay rs 20000 to them to get my father home safely and provide him with the medications.
                                    Next day i got a call from apollo that from the total of 2 lac amount, 1 lac 24 thousand has been approved and rest 75, 647 has to be paid by you.
                                    The form i received had clearly mentioned that the deviation amount not to be collected by patient. When i said the same, they disconnected the call.
                                    They resent the claim to insurance company again by decreasing the total amount from 2 lac to 1 lac 47 thousand in less than 1 hour. Which was the exact amount which was promised before the start of the operation.
                                    And then i received a call from hospital to share the bank details so that they can process the refund of rs 13400 as only 1600 is payable by you (Non medical expenses)

                                    So, the point is if i would have paid the total amount to them, they would have never accepted the mistake.
                                    I had 3 people in the duration of 30 minutes which has the similar issue and they were scaring them to take actions if they don’t pay the amount.

                                    I am attaching all the claims which i mentioned above which proves how they treat a person in the emergency situations and only thing they are bothered about is how to charge maximum money from thr patient.
                                    Also i am filing an harassment case on apollo for the same
