Hi, I have consulted apollo doctor Dr.Sharmila K through 24*7 video consultancy for my 2yr daughter with high fevers. Third day we have taken afew tests based on her suggestions as per prescription. Uploaded reports under 24*7 Apollo reports section and doctors what's app number (she suggested to send message reports, she shared a mobile number)Kid is down completely with fever and other symptoms...no response more than 14hrs after upload documents, called her, messaged her no response..I called multiple times to apollo customer care they said they informed to the respective hospital. Pls help and take action against such kind of people plz..

This is dr. shweta dentist in apollo hospital, we went for a Tooth pain, she told us to book an appointment for root canal, the pain was extreme so we went 2 days later but she told us that they will call and given an appointment and continue antibiotics, its been 15 days they didnt call, the consulation fee, xray fee and everythng went a waste, doctors are doing work as per their wish … where is apollo taking stand on this
Worst experience

I have admitted my father in apollo hospitals nellore branch for some medical emergency. He was admitted through the employee medical insurance policy of mine. Today my father is discharged. But inspite of claiming insurance amount they are charging us extra amount on our shoulders. The amount is claimed as room keeping charges @₹900 per day. The charges are collected completely to deceive the customers.

I want to state that doctor's secretary is shifting time and delaying visit to doctor.
On[protected] Friday I was referred by a doctor to visit another doctor but when I reached there then doctor's secretary told doctor is not available eventhough he was present and after arguing secretary told doctor will check on[protected] Monday .
Then on Monday after meeting secretary, she told doctor is already on leave so come on[protected] Wednesday.
"Urgently justify this matter"

I am even a circle member in apollo, but I did receive a worst steamer which is not at all good.In the first use it self it go exploded.

All the parts are made of worst plastic

I am having cashless insurance which I have applied before 4 to 5 day's today I am having discharge but still now they haven't get approved and still they are generating queries.
And they are not communicating properly with. Us.

Yesterday, I fixed an appointment for Booster vaccination through your call centre. Basis the confirmation provided by call centre, I visited Anna Nagar Clinic. But I was told that vaccination cannot be done since they need minimum 7 members. It is a waste of time for me. Going forward, can you please communicate properly on the process, while fixing appointment itself

Your hospital dr. ask to email about ANY PROBLEMs regarding patient but after continuous email your dr. doesnt reply to a single mail is this how you make your patient fool i[censored] can’t or don’t want then why do you ask to email after taking money you duty gets over is this your hospitality is this how u make fool to public your hospital is simply a ### hospital very soon your face will be in media news u scoundrell

I beg to state that my patients md Shamim bed no. 342 3rd floor have been submitted on 12.6.2022 appollo multi-speciality hospital kankurgachi and today my patient is about to operate for icd transplantation but the company which we have paid is not available in Kolkata as they said but yesterday they admitted our patient without any prior arrangement of icd. They took my patient in operation theatre at 12 pm and he was about to operated they saw the icd machine which the bought is a different one . After 2 pm they told us about this matter. Dr. Told us the icd machine which we paid is nt available in market so have to replace with other icd company. And it will take another 4 hours to reach at hospital. We cannot do anything about it as because we hv to listen to Dr and hospital coz we are lame and helpless in this matter and whatever Dr. Will tell we ll abide by that coz we cannot take risk the life of our patient . But the point is how can a hospital of that stature doind blunder like this. It is absolutely horrible and absurd. Authority has given us 650000 package that too in a advance we have to pay and you people are doing this . What if my patient was in the middle of an operation and then Dr. seen that the icd machine is a different one and that time will he able survived? It is absurd negligence of a Dr. and hospital authority.
Please look into the matter as soon as ossible

There is a tab which is located in sindoori block 4 th floor, at S 18 counter. We wanted to provide feedback however it is not charged. I asked secretary to charge it and I was there for half an hour but still it is not charged.

Good Evening

I want to share my experience regarding the visit to the healthcare products(typically the FMCG products) in front of the medicine counter at "Indraprastha Apollo, Jasola, Delhi".

I went to the counter at around 1:20 pm and there were 4 executives at the counter. I ordered 4 packs of sugar-free biscuits which they said are available. They put those biscuits on the nearby shelf and started gossipping. At around 1:30 pm, I requested that to proceed with my order, but they were busy is their gossip and the person (at the billing system) was appeared to be half asleep or maybe hangover (He was not looking in a good mood and constantly watching the billing system).

From 1:20 pm till 1:40 pm there was just one more customer (an old man) who visited the counter. I was feeling very odd, as there were 4 executives, biscuit packets were just next to the billing person, hardly one person visited the counter in that 20 minutes, and they were continuously ignoring my request
So I again insisted at 1:40 pm to proceed with my order as I was waiting for the past 20 mins (and all 4 executives were busy in some talks).

At 1:40 pm he took the money and again no response. I again requested to please proceed with my order, so they gave me the bill (Not the product) and the person on the billing desk again started watching the system constantly. The biscuits were just next to the billing person and they were not giving them to me.

At 1:45 pm I felt intolerable and I said " How inefficient the executives are working, there is at least 3-4 sales executive currently, and there is just one single customer in from of you (i.e. me) and I am waiting from past 20-25 mins for the packet of biscuits, and why you are not handover it to me. Bhaiya what will I do with the bill without the product, roll the bill, and put it inside me? Why are you not giving my order? "
The response of the billing person was very shocking to this. He said "ben ke laude bhag jaa yaha se, teri maa chod dunga. Apna product le aur nikal yaha se. Dikh mat jaiyo dubara".
I said you can't talk to me like this but the billing person got too furious ( I don't know may be was in a hangover, or was in a bad mood).
I counter him that " ki aap log kaamchori ko aise hyper hoke, ya awaz tez karke nahi chupa sakte". Even in between a person on the medical counter told me " ki sir kyu muh lag rahe ho inke, inko tameez nahi hai".

I am not complaining but just sharing it with you, because Apollo is a very reputed hospital and of course, I trust this hospital. My parent got operated on and was admitted for 2 weeks. I was taking medicines for her (and in between, I just visited the FMCG counter and all this happened). But experiences like this make a very bad impression. Maybe the incidence is small and is not of much relevance. Yet it will always remain with me that the sales executives at the counter are furious and like are in hangovers.

After taking all information details and payment document not booking patient bed for operation

26 may 2022 I came here and get appointment . But today 01 june 2022 . No treatment.. One doctor transfer another.. Another one give some test after he transfer previous doctor... Than he give some test after test again transfer another doctor. What is this? Anywhere we go they tell me no appointment wait this side. And this side?

Inspite of daily complaints regarding the bed bugs in the ICU waiting room since 27/05/2022, no actions were taken till the Ward Coordinator was taken into the talks. First Pest Control on 30/05/2022. No effect on bed bugs, later no actions as of today. i.e 31/05/2022. Very high no of beg bugs crawling over the furniture and floors. Leading to severe rashes and infection on the skin of many relatives, including me.

I have already lodged a complaint against the person in the radiation department. His arrogance is still going on. Mr. Amit tambe working in radiation department is harassing us frequently. Although 3 days have passed, Mr. Amit Tambe has not deliberately mailed the discharge summary. Please take immediate action against Mr. Amit tambe of radiation department. Also discharged summary should be mailed.

Basically cancer patient are suffering. If the hospital staff is so arrogant then the patients have to suffer more mental anguish. Please note this to Apollo Hospital.

In cowin portal, precaution dose for Sputnik V shows as booked. When i went to Teynampet apollo hospital, they are telling that they have not received any message from management for Booster dose for Sputnik V who taken 9 months back.

As per recent govt announcement, People who took Sputnik V, they can take Dose 1 as booster.

Why this is not implemented in Apollo Chennai.

I have been visiting Apollo clinic Madipakam for IV, first 2 times i had good experience, but yesterday dated 12May 2022 at around 8.15pm the experience was very pathetic as nurse is not aware of how to put IV itself, she had tried IV in 2 places but immediately both the places got swelled and did not even done any first aid for that.
Also we have spent approx 800 rs for IV medicine and charges for IV and that got totally waste because of the nurse unawareness in putting IV, We are very much upset with the service provided.

My mother is undergoing radiation at the apolo hospital in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Approval has also been received from the concerned department for radiation under Mumbai Police Healthe Family Scheme. Even so, the person in the radiation deparment's receptionist(name not known) tires to annoy us by saying something. In the name of confirmation, he tells us to wait even when approval comed. From the man's behavior, it seems that he trats the rich with courtesy and the common people with a little arrogance. However, please take action against this person.

I have been receiving so many of your promotional sms on my number which are absoultely useless. I dont understand why a hospital has to send so many reminders for someone to consult a doctor. This is absurd and not acceptable. Kindly remove me from your list.
