My mother is undergoing radiation at the apolo hospital in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Approval has also been received from the concerned department for radiation under Mumbai Police Healthe Family Scheme. Even so, the person in the radiation deparment's receptionist(name not known) tires to annoy us by saying something. In the name of confirmation, he tells us to wait even when approval comed. From the man's behavior, it seems that he trats the rich with courtesy and the common people with a little arrogance. However, please take action against this person.

I have been receiving so many of your promotional sms on my number which are absoultely useless. I dont understand why a hospital has to send so many reminders for someone to consult a doctor. This is absurd and not acceptable. Kindly remove me from your list.

I booked an appointment at 4 clk to meet the doctor, but they made me wait till 5.20, nearly 1 hr wasted here, i dint expect this delay nd I thought Apollo will be professional nd stick to the timings, but here I got worst experience by waiting outside

My son vipin gupta male-24yrs. Was admitted to apollo hospital, sarita vihar, delhi on 11/06/2003 vide uhid:apd1.0000.391839, i.P.No.33621 he died of cardiac arrest at 10.20pm on 15/06/2003. He was under medical attention of dr.R.K.Mani, chest specialist
i have requested apollo hospital a number of time for the issue of a duplicate discharge summary but apollo hospital is not responding. The document is required for settlement of claim with lic in policy no.[protected]

Dear Officer,
I am reaching out to complain regarding the recent experience I had with Apollo Hopsital Guwahati. I understand the reputation of ‘Indian Standard Time’ but was shocked to see that appointment time was not respected by doctors and staff for my appointment and follow up. There were repeated calls/SMS to confirm if patients can adhere to the appointment time but zero accountability and correction when doctors were delayed minimum 1.5 hours each time.
I understand they are always on a critical standpoint but we as patients/attendants don’t have all the free time in the world.
I want to take this with higher ups and I want assurance that steps will be taken to adhere to appointment timeline.

The whole of India it has been announced in both TV and News media that the Booster dose pricing of both Covaxin and Covieshield is only Rs. 225 and service charge of max Rs.150 may be charged by Private Clinics.
Surprised to find Apollo Medical Centere, T. Nagar Pondybazar is still charging Rs.780 for Covieshield and and Rs. 1400 for Covaxin.

I reached out to Apollo Homecare via phone and they redirected to a Senior Physiotherapist named Gazali Contact # [protected], he had enquired about mom's status and recommended for a Physiotherapist on March 4th 2022, who can train my mom, who is a Stroke patient. I got an appointment from a the lady physiotherapist Kavitha Contact Number(+91 [protected]).

She visited our home and gave some passive moments to mom's right hand and provided IFT for 20 minutes every day and we paid Rs. 700/- per day. Every when she does the passive moments my mom used to scream like anything. But this lady did not stop, she was continue doing it which is really unfair and she turned out my mom's hands and now my mom's hands got swelled and there is rarefaction on her hand muscle and the Deep veins on the right leg got compressed there is no proper blood flow.

I have attached the copy of the Xray and Leg doppler test that was taken.

So far we have spent Rs.10, 000/- to make her better, but no change at all.
We need justice for the unbearable pain undergone by mom and she is sleepless for a month now due to the pain.

I did my Apollo personalized Health check up on 12 th March, 22 in Chennai and bearing patient Id.UHID:AC01.[protected]. I am from West Bengal and had paid Rs.160 for postal charges vide bill no -CMH-OCS-5345787, dt.12.03.22 for sending the reports. Without sending my reports a letter was issued on 27th March, 22 in regard to collect the repor.Without further delay please arrange to send the reports at the earliest.

Stop harrasing people. The registration counter for international patients of Apollo hospital chennai is filled with totally inefficient people. There is no proper setting arrangement or not having adequate amount of seats, chairs for patients come for registration. Tha management of hospital should look into matter on humanitarian ground. No proper information screen and also due to not having token screen patients are helpless to understand at what time their turn will come. Instead of becoming money minded the management of hospital should be more decent for patient. It is my humble requst to the Apollo hospital management comommettie kindly look into the matter seriously. I am an Indian and it hurted me when foreigner were complaining about the mismanagement of registration conter in Sundori block.

I have been consulting Apollo hospital Kochi. While they give an appointment clearly specifying the time, general practice here is to give a number on first cum first served at hospital premises.
I do not understand why then give time, and instead provide a tocken No.

I had a minor surgery in apollo arilova, generally it costs 20000 in any other hospital outside but they had charged me 1, 07, 220 and didn't even give me any time for paying the amount they hurried up and didn't give me second thought also

Hi Sir,

I admitted my father Arun Agrawal on 08.03.2022 for postrate operation and Doc Vinay operated him and according to him operation package was of 4 lakh of radial operation but after operation i was informed that Arun Agrawal was operated openly and when i was clearing the bill for discharge i was charged Rs 5, 38, 764 lakh out of which insurance claim was approved of Rs 2, 51, 352 and rest amount of Rs 2, 87, 412 was paid by me. On enquiring on counter why m charged extra with Rs 1, 38, 764 i was said that u will have to pay this amount for discharge you pay this amount but it was late night doc was not available and i was in tension so i paid and got the discharge.
After consulting doc next day he said yes u will get the refund and he took my ac number but after 2 days when i did not got the refund i again met him now he said management is not approving so you talk with insurance team when i spoke with insurance team they said talk with management.
I dont understand why such a reputed hospital charged extra amount with the patient. Who is responsible for it why this happened. Why such a poor management .
I request you to please look into the matter deeply and do the needful and deposit the amount in my account else i will have to esclate the matter to the higher authority and public grievances.

The receptionists of the Apollo Gleneagles Hospital are highly noncooperative, rude and unprofessional. They just don't listen to the customers, rather harass them. It seems that they are doing an unpaid job for us. Our experience is very bitter there.

This is in regard to the service provided by Apollo Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The hospital staff are really rude, my mother wanted a consultation from Dr Nisiht Mohanty, Nephrology department.
The doctor told us to run a few test, and told us to meet him in a stipulated time, it's been more than 2 hours that we have been waiting for the doctor to see the reports, then the hospital staff handling the reception of nephro department, are extremely Rude, and I'll mannered.They aren't letting us meet the doctor neither telling us the number we have been alloted.

It seems that you are charging unnecessary charges on out inpatient bills. We have charged extra amount on the some of the facilities those are not included in our emergency ward.

Yesterday I have called for an appointment for Sunday, Mr. Sarikanth Appointment operators, his words are very Rude.
He is asking to Op charges again for Monday.
He is not explaining clearly.

For my future surgery hospital is refusing to provide cost-breakup on the pre-auth raised to TPA when infact there is 1.8L cost difference between TPA and the hospital when in fact the package is agreed upon & covered.
Doctor is refusing to even provide a package for the treatment when in fact there is already an agreed package between TPA & the hospital
