I admitted my Father in law Mr. Subikash Ghosh in Apollo Multispeciallity Hospital Kolkata on 14/02/2022 for MICS CABG surgery. The package mentioned was 3, 36, 000.But till today on 19/02/2022 the interim bill amount crossed the package limit. Same investigation is done without any date mentioned. The UHID is AMHL. As above mentioned 17th Feb 2022 nit admission at 9:00 pm for delivery case and get bill summary 19th Feb 2022morning after c section for in this time 68 pair hand gloves and are used for operation in except doctors sterile gloves are used and 43 syringe are used I came know by simple in the name gloves and syringe apollo is making money . . Apollo nothing but money making machine

Overall bill summary 76000 but in hospital they are telling to pay at present 32000. . Advance I paid 550000 by yesterday regarding I enquired in billing section 1 and 3 but regret to hear my words and rude behaviour from staff. .worst experience. . I am attaching the photo of the over all bill summary and present yet to pay 32000 bill. .

Hi i visited dr.srilekha in auugust 2014, for R.A problem, i was suffering from fibromyalgia from right from childhood, i started searching for doctors since 2006 and ate many irrelevant medicines, i had chronic fatigue and hair fall etc. which finally got cured because i spent my life visiting doctors, i worked in Wipro in 2011 and lost my job .. and decided to take a break from work coz i was IT professional, working for 12 hrs etc meanwhile i was doing something online but i didn't
mention it to the doctor when i visited her clinic, i got cured of fibromyalgia in the end of 2013, just small portion of some problem was missing, i thought she might diagnose, she i told her that i was unemployed, she literally stood from her desk and started attacking me, with her books though she couldn't do it tangibly, she was snarling, wincing and doing body shaming, she called me goal less and literally humiliated me for no fault of mine without any verification of what type of student i was at school, college .She was repeatedly saying set some goals and reach goals etc, i completed B.E worked for 5 years, i have won many competitions and stood first in singing completion, i don't think i have to explain this to doctors in a childish manner ?? how can someone do this without any goals .

I am not bothered about what she thinks about me,
Her attitude towards patients who are at the bottom of the heap is disgusting, i even went onsite with this health issue, stayed in hostel, she never even allowed me to speak, she thinks that all her patients must be well to do with lots of wealth, 2-3 cars etc .. her way of attacking me shows that she is a threat to the patients, please do a sting operation on her and more over i wonder what she will do if she doesn't like the patients who get admitted in the hospital .

She is extremely conceited and a typical denigrator masquerading as a doctor . I think even if big shots like obama visit her clinic without job she will go upto any extent to ill treat them .
if Apollo feels that customers are important and patients must be treated with dignity then she doesn't need to practice as doctor in the first place,
I don't have proof of what ever that happened in the clinic,

I got busy with other things in life hence i never wrote to Apollo, i didn't have proof, hence i was hesitant to complaint.

I am writing here to address my concern on behalf of a patient staying at the HDU unit of the oncology ward.
He had his tongue cancer operation on 3rd of February and was transferred from the Icu to the HDU UNIT on the 4th of February.
Since the patient’s family could only visit him once for an hour in a day and patient was not allowed to speak due to tongue operation, we were unaware that he was being left unattended and treated extremely badly.
At today’s visit dated (5th February) his wife got to know that he was left “completely unattended and he was sweating profusely”. No nurse/attendant came to him for enquiry.

He was supposed to be provided with a pen and paper which was also not at his desk.

This led to the patient feeling extremely sick and uneasy.

I would like to bring to your attention here that a patient who has just come out of a 5-hour long major operation and that too for something as critical as oncology, this kind of caretaking is highly unexpected and unacceptable from an esteemed organisation like yours.

I would request someone to take up this matter at the earliest and take immediate action and/or necessary steps to rectify and compensate for the patient’s physical and mental well-being as this is about his quality of life being compromised at the earliest stages of post operation which cannot be expressed from an institution deemed for hospitality and caretaking.

My dad was admitted as in patient almost a month and when discharge doctor told to bring for check after 10 days.. so I followed the protocol and got appointment for 11.30 AM Friday (04/02/2022) and so yesterday v took my dad in apollo ambulance calling 1600 and went to vanagaram apollo emergency area and then the ambulance driver helped to get down and once we came in none of them helped to roll the bed to appropriate place to place my dad since want to see more than 4 doctors.. to meet the doctor always want roll the bed directly to the doctor and no proper place to rest him for sometime so the doctors can come and see the patient at once instead of rolling the wheelybed directly to the doctors where they are in their respective cabin.. my dad is semi coma patient after a surgery made in your hospital buy once coming to check there is no proper response and even a ward boy or nurse or helper working in hospital no one came for help to roll the wheelybed instead my mom and my cousin was doing that paying 800 to see every doctor one by one visiting their cabin.. for a semi coma patient atleast u cud provided a proper place to rest him and do tors can atleast Come out and check him and advise wat to do further but at first just they placed my dad with other patients cleaning adea wer they used to change things for the patient and was a very bad smell like want to suicide because of that.. as of now I have spend nearly 20 lakhs... i[censored] do not respect a patient but atleast u can work for the money v have paid for the treatment.. it makes me really upset and I don't know whether I will refer apollo for any of them who needs help vth ma suggestion.. yesterday was my worst day in my life ever.. that too in a big hospital who they want to give importance for the patient.. atleast they can help for the amount v pay.. I saw 4 doctors yesterday paying each 800 rs but no proper help v got to take care of my dad.. this is really a worst practice in ma life ever..

We visited Apollo hospital, Bhat. For immigration health checkup. It's the worst hospital I've ever seen. The reception and waiting area was full of mosquitoes. In spite of several complaints no one came to spray mosquito spray. The lines and counters are totally chaotic. No management at all. Looks like a vegetable market. You charge hefty fees for all this? Extremely disappointed !!

Kindly provide appointments without time stamp or time slot as patients are expected to wait irrespective of the estimated time to provide service.

Why is the appointment provided with a specific time slot. If there is no use taking prior appointment.

Provided them Adhaar and Vaccination copy while taking the sample, but provided the report with different name and says while booking I have given different name. It looks like, if you want to get a negative certificate you can book an appointment in your name and you can make someone else to do test and can get a negative certificate. Without doing any test or without being there, you can get negative certificate.

Rooms heavy cost and card payment not accept above 2 lakhs.admission block so worst service for waiting 4 to 5 hours room allot.scan and lab test are double rate and surgery cost also high.demanding money full payment before surgery.advance already paid.no response staff

The hospital is charging you Rs 500 for rapid antigen test which as per current Maharashtra government rules is capped at Rs 100 since December 2021.
Even for CBC of basic parameters they charged 510 which should be ideally Rs.250-300.
On asking the reception person he says it is as per the motherhood management rules.
I am planning to file the case in consumer forum now.

My RT-PCR test is taken almost 50+ hours back and still I have not received my report and I have paid INR 750/- for it and their customer care executives are also not resolving my problem.

My wife got her fever panel done on 13th and received 4 out of 5 lab reports by next day but for the 5th and most important report no response from apollo. The app says it will come in next few hours but it has been more than 3 days and nobody responding on mails and the number given always says no agent available. Do they seriously understand what kind of business they are into ? If they cant give reports they should tell customer and refund to them.

I am Myo Thant.i was done renal transplantation on 7th December by Dr Sandeep glureria. I was discharged on 13 Dec with Cr level 1.7. My Cr level went up from 1.7 to 2.4 one week after discharging from hospital.So I went to ER on 20 dec at 10.30pm and i requested ER I want the proper right treatment under Dr jasuja because my new kidney has some problems.
I also requested to admit hospital to get proper right treatment for my new kidney.
They admitted me and gave me IV fluids IV antibiotics. I was done renal biopsy on 23 Dec.He gave me IV 250mg solumedrol only one dose on 22Dec. He also adjusted the dose of oral medicines.My Cr level started to go down on 25 dec from 2.6 to 2.4 and then gradually went down day by day. My Cr level was 1.7 on 28 dec in the morning report. I already told him that I want the treatment as early as possible when he knew the early report of renal biopsy.But he told me nothing was found in the early 24 hour report. He told me i should wait the full report of the biopsy. I requested him again when he got the full report of biopsy I want the treatment as soon as possible. It's my second time request. He told me the block of biopsy need to send another hospital for second opinion. I got the report of biopsy from Apollo hospital on 27 Dec at 2pm. The biopsy report of Apollo showed ***borderline changes suspicious of acute cellular rejection***. He came to my bed in that evening at 6-7pm. He didn't give me the treatment even the report of biopsy showed acute cellular rejection. Why didn't he give me the treatment?? Why did he send the block to another hospital BLK.? The histopathology department of Apollo hospital cannot give the reliable and precise report of biopsy eventhough Apollo hospital is excellent in renal transplantation.???? I was discharged on 28dec. I didn't receive the proper right treatment in hospital care by him.Why did he give me only one dose of IV 250 mg solumedrol .is it an enough dose for the patient ????? And then what is it for ?? On 31 dec i got the report of Biopsy from BLK hospital that showed acute cellular rejection banff A1.On that day my Cr went up again 2.0. So i went to hospital and showed my reports of biopsy (BLK) and RFT. He only increased the oral dose of prednisolone to 60mg. Eventhough he knew the report he didn't give the right proper treatment for me.i had graft dysfunction in the report. Why didn't he give the right treatment for me ???? Why ????? it was second time for me. 1st time when he got the report of Apollo and 2nd time from report of BLK. he is a terrible dr for me. All the nephrologists over the world will not do like him. He made me feel badly. I didn't receive early right treatment .so i went to ER again on 2 Jan for my graft dysfunction and admitted to hospital under Dr Sandeep glureria.i didn't respond well to steroid even i got 5 shots of IV500mg solumedrol. So he gave me two shots of grafalon. Now my Cr level is stable at 1.5.I discharge from hospital on 13 Jan .
I want to know
Why did Dr jasuja give me only one shot of IV 250mg solumedrol??
What is the solumedrol for ???
Is it an enough dose before biopsy????
Why didn't he give the right treatment when he got the biopsy report from Apollo hospital???
Why the histopathology department of Apollo hospital cannot give reliable and precise report of biopsy even the Apollo is excellent in renal transplantation????
Why the doctor sent the block to another hospital????
Do the doctor know that anything can happen before getting the biopsy reports????
Do the doctor know that my graft dysfunction can worse before getting the the biopsy reports?????
Why the doctor can give the right treatment for me even he knew all the reports Apollo and BLK.
I felt so badly for his delayed and inappropriate treatment for me.

I really feel i met a terrible doc in Apollo hospital. Sure I will share my experiences to people around the world.

Ii got corona positive and ordered 2 essential equipment 1. thermometer and 2. vaporizer. both were faulty . i raised complaints on whatsapp, email live chat. but they never responded..

i am going to file a complaint on consumer court if they do resolve my issue.

My mother is misbehaved very badly at hospital,

Nurses didn't took her proper care.

Booked an appointment for online consultation which was scheduled at 11:15 AM, but no any response from them after I made the payment

We have admitted my sister for her normal delivery in apollo cradle on[protected] and on next day my sister's new born girl was delivered. they hav sent a registrar for vaccinating her BCG that was supposed to be given intradermal but the junior doctor gave it subcutaneously and was not successful. when i escalated the complaint to the higher authorities they behaved very rude with me and answered me to complaint whom ever i want to. Im a pediatrician thats the reason why im very sure that was not the exact route of administrating the vaccine.

I appointment Dr ganapathy h. online for 14 January 2022.and appointment also confirmed from your end.so I came from West Bengal today.but after reached appollo hospital, I known that no one ent doctor including Dr ganapathy h is not present in hospital.now what I do???????why online is not informed me? from West Bengal I came for that purpose only.
