Apollo Hospital — birth certificate

Hi team,

This is kalivaradhan r living in chennai.

My baby boy born in chennai appolo cradle child hospital in karapakkam chennai.

He was born on 09/feb/2017.

Today i have given the declaration form to the hospital and requested them to update my son name in corporation.

Hospital have taken my request and provided the below contact details to follow up.

While doing the follow up call. Mr vijayaraghavan intimates that it is not his responsibility and the respective person is on leave for one month in that karapakkam branch.

And he intimates that parents has to go to sozhinganalur corporation office to update the details.

I really upset with this call and the process here as govt hospital providing the birth certificate properly but facing the issues in appolo.

Could any one help me to get my issue resolves.
