I am vbv ravikiran today[protected] undergone cardiology package . We came hospital morning 7-30 for different tests we got reports by 2-30 after recieving reports we went to Cardiac Doctor
Bakthavachala Reddy sir not available we asked the reception name Lakshmi she is not giving proper reply to any one and answering very seriously
I pety that you assigned wrong person to famous doctor
I request to remove Lakshmi from duty
