I was admitted and operated in apollo spectra hospital, mrc nagar, raja annamalaipuram, chennai. billed amount is 107230. insurance paid amount is 85500, paid by myself is 20730. but hospital collected 32796. an extra amount of 12066. insurance peoples clearly told me that hospital collected extra money. hence i am making complaint here in this forum.

Updated by alwarsenthil Update on this compliant: Apollo spectra hospital insurance person called and clarified that the amount collected is for non medical items. Still in that non medical items the return taken back items to pharmacy is not reflected in bill. Hence he asked me 2 days to check. I hope I will get that return taken back items money.
