Apollo Hospital — Disgusting patient care

I had the most terrible experience with Apollo customer care wherein I have fractured my hand and i booked an appointment for an orthopaedic. The customer care representative named ’Priya’ took my pincode for Bangalore, and booked an appointment for Pune!!! Do they expect us to take a flight from Bangalore to Pune for a consultation???? I was in extreme amount of pain and they just did not care!!! Will strongly advice against going to Apollo during emergency since they might expect you to take a red eye for a consultation!!!
