My husband has diagnosed with Dengue, me and my husband visited Apollo Sugar Clinic Mahadevpura, we consulted Dr Nishant Gaurav on Sunday and Dr Anusuya Shetty on Monday, as per their advise we did a blood test on Sunday (16th July) and CBC test on 18th July.

on 18th July we visited the clinic at 8:30 pm, for glucose and blood check, the receptionist was showing her frustration on her face that we visited the clinic very late.

on 19th the report was supposed to be shared over email and mobile as they had promised. Hence we kept waiting to check on the platelets result, but the results were not shared. Hence I called the clinic on 19th at 8:30pm to enquire on the report but the receptionist asked us to call on the blood test room, but we couldn't find the receipt hence i asked her for the number, but she hung up the call and never answered the call for the next 3 times i tried.

* Why was the report not shared on time?
* Is that not the duty of the receptionist to share contact details when asked?
* We visit private clinic expecting extra care for patients, whats the point if we have to face such experience?

I'm writing this note to complain about the service of the staff members who are working on the 23rd June 2023 . there are tons of patients waiting here outside and there's no staff to be seen in the lobby . They all have been celebrating a doctor's birthday which is fine but when someone pushed the emergency button no one came to help or assist the patient . they're no caring or assistance for the patience . I don't know if this is a hospital or a market . I'm deeply dissapointed in this hospital and have never in my life ever experienced like this in another hospital.

We took KZ lotion at Apollo pharmacy near golden temple road. We asked for fungal infection cream but got anti dandruff lotion.
Later we checked and consulted the store. The lady in the store was rude and shouted like need to check before taking.
Later we requested to check the availability in nearby stores and get it as they are not willing to refund
After 2 days we went again and asked for the product they said no availability...

My patient was admitted on 6.4.23. and wbc count was 6600. It gradually increased due to a serious infection but doctors did not monitor it. There was a serious infection in hospital. After discharge of hospital, it was 9800 and at home, patient collapsed with wbc count of 24000.

Yesterday I am going to your hospital were no Dr are available for gynecology so I have taken today appointment but still no body is their .If I having a seriou issue who will responsible for that I have mediclaim card I used for this serious situation but your doctor are very ### very even single Dr are not their why are you ### running this hospital even you are not hire a doctor I am complaining to my co-operate to remove your listed pannel or take you further court for this issue .

This is one more time compelled to send the following message for kind necessary action from the concerned in view of horrible summer. No action has been taken so far.It is to bring to your notice that very pathetic stage of the attendant pertaining to ICU patients at Apollo Spectra hospital Ameerpet. The attendant with ICU patients in a very sorrowful state of affairs came to the hospital. But the corporate hospital is not able to think of basic provision of a sitting area with ceiling fans or wall fans or pedestal fans except for a small waiting hall in front of reception that too day(s) long sitting on these iron chairs, aged/sick people have to suffer back aches and other complications. The wall fans provided at reception are facing the ground but not for the patients/attendants particularly during this horrible summer. At this ensuing summer how the attendant sits at that place. Centralised AC is just a show put up only. Even during night time also staying in the hospital area also, the attendants have to suffer horrible nights with wall fans for few attendants only for which the attendants have to quarrel among themselves and forcefully reserve the fan place. The attendant ought to become sick. The furniture provided at Second floor and third floor for the attendants are a show put up. Even I observed in ICU also no centralised AC working instead they are putting pedestal fans at the critically sick patients who want Coolness. I observed even in wards also there is no centralised AC working. Severe Cardiac patients or acute patients have to become more sickness due to non provision of centralised AC at least some cooling alternatives. Think that, if you belong to one of the attendants of ICU or ICCU or else and take necessary action from your end. Please God's sake look into the matter on priority.Thanking you,

I was Apollo hospital Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for my mothers cataract surgery.
It was hardly a 4 hr procedure from admission to discharge as per doctor but it took around 12 hrs for us because of insurance desk staff.

Initially it was our mistake to provide old insurance card but staff did not inform about it even it was rejected from insurance provider, I checked with customer care then asked Apollo staff to take a look at it.

Staff have sent documents to wrong email address and I checked with customer care and corrected them.

By end of the day they have got approval for initial bill and they did not send mail for final bill until 7PM even surgery was completed by 12 PM.

I have checked with customer care and asked them to approve the process

All this time my mother was under admission and only had lunch and they did not provide her any food after lunch till 8pm unless our relatives took initiative.

I would like to raise the complaint against insurance staff and service staff for not taking care of the patient and billing process

My wife admitted on 04 April 23 under the observation of Dr. Juber Sarkar Neurologist in Apollo Spectra hospital chunniganj Kanpur. On 08 April morning duty nurse came and insert some injection through vigo, but injection injected where she don't care. She just performed her duty and after injection she put DNS bottle and gone away. After some interval approx 30 minutes, when my wife feel heavy pain in vigo side then she started crying, then I saw the vigo point, the hand where vigo inserted made like stone and heavy swelling in that area. Then I call her for that complaint then she replies patient twist the hand that's by this happen, then I approach to duty doctor to look after the matter, after some time he came and tell, do the dressing in that area. Sir, matter is not just do the dressing, I told him, then he told this is normal, nothing worry about that. Please look in to the matter, so that what problem faced by my wife never feel any patient in future. And must take necessary action against that nursing staff for there rude behavior.

I have made an online payment (Paytm UPI) of Rs.11950/- (Eleven thousand nine hundred fifty) being the charges of lab test of the patient Smt Evely Kemprai on 4th April 2023 on cash counter at Appollo Hospital G. S road Guwahati, as per system generated shawed that the transaction was successful but the recieving cashier said that the amount was not credited in their account and then I again paid the same amount through card.

As such I would request you kindly inquire the same and arrange to refund the excess payment at earliest possible

My son Mohamed Umar (ACH- [protected]) is under treatment for the last 20 days and from March 24 2023 to till date, he is under ICU care.

We as a parent are totally disappointed on the Nursing care.

Following are the issues which i would like to highlight:
- April 5 2023, during Evening visit, we saw the IV line is getting leaked and my son's Hand and Dress are totally wet. We informed the Nurse on the same, but they took much time to clear the wetness.
- April 5 2023 & April 4 2023, during Morning Visit, we saw our child has gone motion (2 days) and the same was cleaned only after we informed. already Baby is with Bed soar problem (after admitted in hospital)
- March 30 & 31 2023, during morning and evening visit, we have asked to apply oil in the mouth, as his mouth seems to be wounded due to intubation. however, it was applied only after complaining (2-3 days) to the Incharge staff nurse.
- Few other issues are also there, which may seems petty, but we dont expect that from Apollo Hospital, that too in a ICU ward.

I have already consulted about my tooth cavity on 28 march 2023 and wished to go for treatment of filling but
Nothing is going still today on 4 April 2023.
Only they are giving some excuses about the lack proper instruments.
Please at this stage I want to refund my 250 rupees consultant charges.

I have come from far away from Guwahati, Assam to Apollo Hospital Greams Road, Chennai for replacement of my father’s pace maker. We were admitted on 29/03/2023 stating that the procedure of operation was to be done by before 12pm on 30/03/2023. Its 7:57pm on 30/03/2023 till now we are waiting for our surgery to happen. No one is responding to anything and moreover we booked a private cabin which costs 10, 300 INR per day. It’s been more than 24hrs my patient is lying on bed with no update of surgery. Our 1 day hospital room rent gone for waste. Kindly suggest how can we be justified in this matter for negligence and looting money for hospital room which is 10, 300 INR per day.
