[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — Forcefully charged registration fee

Visited the hospital for dental consultation. I was okay with all the payment until they added registration charges and said that's the only way to register and generate reports. They collected a lot of personal details like address, marital status, job etc. What use is it to them? On being asked they said it is mandatory but why is registration fee mandatory in hospitals?
