I lodged my concern in the trailing message in grievance portal and also mailed several to [protected]@apollohospitals.com good no of times since [protected]@apollohospitals.com, [protected]@apollohospitals.com since 10th Aud'22 without resolution. such non responsiveness and repeated negligence to a discharged patient’s concern from such a reputed hospital is condemnable and really a matter of public concern.

I was admitted as in patient as per details below and discharged on 29th July’22.
But sorry you to inform that I have not received yet the CD of Angiogram and the blood test report of Na, K etc blood sample collected in the morning of 29th July, the day of discharge.

Kindly arrange to send the copy of the Blood Test report & Angiogram CD which was not delivered to me during discharge to be couriered to my address :

Visited the hospital for dental consultation. I was okay with all the payment until they added registration charges and said that's the only way to register and generate reports.

They collected a lot of personal details like address, marital status, job etc. What use is it to them?

On being asked they said it is mandatory but why is registration fee mandatory in hospitals?...

Recently we have came to your hospital branch in nellore and one warden member is urging us and so serious on us to leave the patient room, we should be given atleast some time to see the patient, this is the same thing sisters used to be very harsh with patient contacting members.

We applied in nakuri for a job vacancy on Wednesday (31.07.2022) and we got a call from person on Thursday (01.08.2022) and he told us like he is calling from the HR department of apollo.He told us like you got shortlisted and you have a voice call interview in 1hour and he got 2500rs for the interview purpose.After finishing the interview he told us that you should attend the face to face interview on 13th of September then he got 12500rs...

Me and my mother are having fever and wanted to take an appointment with a physician. I have called Apollo Hyderguda branch to book an appointment for General Physician. I have called them multiple times and Everytime the call was put on hold and later disconnected. I can hear their staff laughing loud with out addressing patients concern. This is very unprofessional.

We had to admit Mr Subroto Dutta, my father under Dr Indranil Ghosh due to severe neurological issues and high temperature of 102-104 approx. He was diagnosed with Brain Tumor which is malignant in 2011. He gets treated under Dr Siddhartha Ghosh in Apollo Chennai, Vanagram since 2011. We get the best service there.
He is under chemotherapy under Dr Indranil Ghosh in Apollo Kolkata (Kankurgachi).

When we admitted him in the morning we were told he would undergo his brain MRI at 10pm.

When we visited the hospital we found at our dismay that he was not given a single medicine which he is due to take everyday inspite of submitting his medicine list including the medicines we got from home with Doctor's prescription. He was not given his sugar tablets before dinner. He was not given any of his 7 tablets which he takes after dinner including his anti-convulsion (Eptoin 300ER). When we questioned the sister in charge Ms. Rakhi Tripura she completely ignored and to our utmost frustration gave us the worst attitude. We were asking her the reason and she didn't even bother to answer infact she got busy on her phone with a smiling face and walked away.

This is what is the most disgusting fact that a brand like Apollo has such staff who is supposed to take care of patients but instead didn't bother to do her part and was so not apologetic. We called for the head sister who tried to defend her instead of taking any action. They infact lost half of our medical reports that we submitted in the morning and I had to stay overnight in the hospital to take care of my father wherein it was the nurse's job to do so. We gave him a twin sharing which was way out of our budget just to give him the comfort but unfortunately the cancer building is filled with such under trained nurses.

We took him out of the hospital with a Mri Billing of Rs 26000 which in general as out patient is just Rs 12000 approx. What was the extra charge for? I would have understood if the service was at par but even that was a horrible nightmare for us.

My father had to be admitted in AMRI Dhakuria's ICU ward because his condition deteriorated JUST BECAUSE of your staff's negligence.

I demand a proper justice and compensation to this insane billing amount for the negative care that my father received.

A brand like Apollo is getting hampered just because of staff like Rakhi Tripura.

Let me know if you need any documents and I guess you have access to view the CCTV footage of the chaos that happened that night near the nurse's station of the hospital's cancer building 6th floor.

I had visited appolo hospital salt lake for consultation to one of the urologist
They first asked me to pay registration fees before consultation fees and was not treated properly ...

I asked why registration fee is ₹300 and why is it compulsary to pay when i am paying doctor fees ₹900

When II done his I asked them can you send my reports by my mail, they toles we can. Thats why I done. But still they not send my report. I called so many times in their number, they not pick my call.
Apollo hospital (Chennai) do like this I never think.

This is not about the telephonic person, it is about the Mamogram department in 2nd floor, Heart Centre Greams rod. Both the jr. Bengali and Sr Tamilian receptionists are extremely arrogant in behaviour. Telling lie and giving false info by saying "today no mamogram ud be done", which made us to wait additional 1 day. Also though my file submitted prious day evening but the patient had to wait next day upto 2.30pm. No supervisor is there whom i can inform about this ill behaviour. While asking these 2 arrogant ladies, they are showing their attitude as if we came there and begging them. The names are NOT called of as per order. Though it is my flair idea Apollo is a business hub to grab ONLY money, but we may not always need to bear the pathetic arrogant behaviour of any of your staff, right? When Mamogram dept is over-crowded with patients, then you must appoint enough skilled subject related doctors for that, right? For your info, i have submitted my full details above, i reside in chennai and i came this month with my patient.

My mother had various major operation under Dr Debashish Roy in the month of June. She was also diagnosed with malignancy.This Tuesday we planned to go for a follow up checkup under him but due to extreme bad weather and as i am 6month pregnant we didn't take the risk of going out as it is very far away from our place. So today we called his assistant to enquire when will doctor be available next so that we can plan accordingly as i too have checkup for my pregnancy.His assistant treated my mother in a extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Even when me and my husband went to talk to doctor when my mother was admitted we were treated in the same way. We won't tolerate such behaviour as we belong to a decent family. I want some serious action to be taken against her as Dr Debashish Roy is a an excellent doctor, i dont expect him to have such illmannerd assistant. Please look into this matter and take some serious action

My father had a corn surgery, I was asked to review with general surgeon to Dr. Bhuta and I paid the OP fee. Later Dr Bhuta said it's not a surgery case and he referred me to Dr Jagdish for plastic surgery. Dr Jagdish is saying this is not my case please go back to Bhuta and he is asking his OP fee, I went back to Doctor Bhuta and paying his OP fee.
I am paying unnecessary OP fee and both doctors are referring me to each other.

Dr Rajiv Annigiri not respond email. Send reports by email as his advice at 8/8/2022. Even i called and told him about mail and condition of patient. But he not reply till that.

If doctors not respond reports send by email, then why Apollo adviced patients to send reports by email??
Please take the necessary action

I hope my complaint will be considered and appropriate action will be taken as needed. Actually, I would like to know that being a patient do I have a right to get information about medical treatments. I have requested a doctor that could you pls write me why are you giving progesterone injection. She asked me to me next day for this thing continuously for three days. But at end she said she cannot write anything like that if she cannot why she was wasting our time and money. Apart from this, I Did not ask anything extra except my history and pregnancy complication but she been stubborn and stuck on her words and never written but said us to come next with different excuses. This is how patient should be treated by doctor. I don’t think so. If she doesn’t like to help humanity she does not deserve to be a doctor.
I hope this matter will be addressed and some one will get back to me soon.

It is hilarious to witness that such a famous hospital Chennai greams lane main hospital...is lacking in every aspect...only unbelievable delay and delay had been faced...delay in conducting tests...even after giving time to visit have to wait very very long...it have became a burden for me... surprisingly very much long waiting process in every field...like a government HOSPITAL..

On 17th May I had a snapping problem in my right-hand elbow and I came to the Apollo hospital Bennargatta Banglore and consulted Dr. Mansih Samson. The problem that I was experiencing in my hand, after checking the hand visually without doing any test should have been found that I have a problem with my right hand ULNAR NERVE. A surgery date of 25th May was given and the surgery was performed on the same day. They did ULNAR NERVE TRANSPOSITION surgery. After 15 days the stitch was removed. Then the next day after the wound started to heal, I started feeling excruciating pain and the previous snapping problem in my hand remained the same. Then it came to the hospital and after seeing the doctor again he advised me to put arm pouch for another week and gave me medicine for swelling and pain and told me to wait for next week. There was no change in the next week, so after wasting the last few weeks, Dr. Manish Samson suggested me to Dr. Naveen Rao. Dr.Naveen Rao confirmed that it was a failed surgery. Today is the 68th day After this surgery. Still, the swelling and pain remain the same. After that, I met Pro. A Dr.named Deepa who was there contacted me and promised to help me in whatever way I need and after then now she is telling me she needs more and she can't help. They asked to do a Dynamic MRI during my last visit to the hospital two weeks ago and I did it. And they found that I have Snapping Triceps Syndrome. Then why did they transposition my ulnar nerve? Without doing proper checkups why did they done surgery? Who is responsible for the pains I have endured so far, the money I have spent, my time wasted, and the financial losses? I have not received an update. Still tolerating pain and wasting my time and money

Most inefficient apollo hospital kolkata. Labs are not able to test covid sample since 2 days. Treatment is very slow and ineffective. They are just making afraid and making money. Doctors are not providing patients conditions details or neither talking to relative. Management is also involved in the scam for charging huge amount of money.

My Father named Ramana Reddy aged 57. wrongly diagnosed with meningitis TB and used medication for 2months .and then all of sudden he got shortness of breath then after few tests they mentioned this is vasculitis not brain TB. he died due to heart failure on 23 June 2022. he is been wrongly diagnosed with tb and he is started on tb medication with out tb for 2 months.
