Apollo Hospital — I am complaining about my report

I done ct scan yesterday evening
They say report come morning 8-9 oclock
When i go there 6a they have no report given
When i go radiology they say report come after 11 o clock what is this behavior o[censored]r hospital
Patient are come from outside they have flight ticket and ur hospital have behave like this the patient is more frustrated pls help me urgent
